Best Faucets Sinks in Minneapolis MN

I've used Roto-Rooter a handful of times and each time my plumbing issue was resolved professionally. Scheduling is one of the main reasons I use them whether it's nights or weekends. Prices are always competitive and I'd use them again.

I asked to install a shutoff valve on the cold water-in to the toilet in a rental property. Then, I wanted them to replace the valve assemby and float valve. The toilet was filling very slowly. Norblom replaced components in the tank, but didnt install a shutoff valve (I found this out later).

Then, I told them to install a new water faucet in the kitchen of the same unit (different appointment). While they were at it, might as well have them install shutoff valves under the kitchen sink, too. This is a 100 year old building that doesnt have modern conveniences. The person I spoke to at Norblom said I'll look into pricing the faucet because they apparently dont carry the type that unit needed (?).

A plumber went in and installed shut off valves under the sink, then left me a message saying he didnt have the parts to repair the faucet. I asked for a new one, not a repair.

I talked with the owner, the most I can offer is an $80 credit. They charge a $97 minimum, plus parts and any labor over 30 min. I've already paid $400 for the minimal work they've done. I'm not paying more. I found a guy on Craigslist that did everything I wanted that Norblom didnt, and perfect quality work, for much less $$.

I called early in the AM and John showed up within the hour to help with a burst pipe. His work was timely, quality and done with a friendly smile. Would recommend him to anyone in the Minneapolis metro.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Called to set up an appointment for some minor plumbing work on a new house. They told me I would need two hours and they could get me in friday from 2pm-4pm. It is now 3:45 and my repairman has still not shown up, but I called the dispatch and they informed me not to worry because he was on his way.

Edit: I originally gave this group 1 star because I was very angry with the tardiness. I don't believe this to be indicative of the company as a whole. They have made great efforts to apologize and I am very pleased with the quality of the work.

Andrew was excellent. He was very respectful of the home, explained the services he would perform and the projected cost. He kept me informed of his progress and went the extra mile to clean a drain which was not on the original list. I would recomment ROTO-ROOTER and Andrew

GREAT SERVICE! We had a drain that was backing up and we tried everything. We made an appointment with Rotor-Rooter to come the next day to fix our issue. Aron showed up promptly in my scheduled time frame and took a look at our problem. It was a big clog in the main line but after some work he fix it with and in a timely fashion. My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.

Very professional. The job and costs were explained completely before any action was taken. Even the cleanup was very well done. Twice I've used Ben Franklin and have been happy both times.

Steve was excellent! We had a drain that is connected to our water softener unit and each time it regenerated, the water was backing up. Had to turn the water off and luckily they arrived within an hour to clear it out. All back to normal.

Had problem with almost no hot water flow on the upstairs shower and Ro-to Root-er wanted $1500.00 + Parts to fix it. Richfield Plumbing fixed it, No Parts Needed for $308.00. They also fixed a Leaking water supply valve at the same time. I'm sure the Rooter would have added another $3000.00 for that.
