I am selling the house, and needed to guarantee the condition of the sewer line. so I had Roto Rooter do a camera inspection, and asked for a report and video. Then came the sales pitch. Terrible roots, will cost $17,000+ to fix them, but we can just take of the big root for $12,000+ and I won't report the others.Fine. Involve me in a fraud, so I won't be able to complain later on.Roto Rooter email: no video, just a contract for work.Called Ron The Sewer Rat, who sent out Hessien Plumbing. Pipe is fine, just needs biannual cleaning.I recommend the latter two, and implore you to avoid Roto Rooter

Well it couldn't have been better. I called at 8am and they had Jason come out at 11:30. For the two hours I had set aside as I was going to make the repair. But my better judgment kicked in and said you need a pro to get it right the first time. He didn't need to stuff white bread down the pipe. Well worth the money! Thank You!

Chris & Angie installed a new shower faucet handle and faucet head in our bathroom, replacing our original one from 1940. It was an extensive job and Chris had to drill multiple holes through the wall, access panel & original wood studs in order to create the new shower line. They got it sealed up and running like a dream! Third time they've been to our house, great service, skilled workmanship, very professional and spot on value. Costs exceeded their original quote only because the labor was much more extensive once they opened up the wall, but only by $300. When we call Ken's we always ask for Chris & Angie, having a master plumber walk into your house gives absolute peace of mind. Thank you for always exceeding our expectations, you will get our fourth call in the future!
