After having a leaky water pipe from an appliance installation, TJK was the only company who responded right away and also had someone arrive to my house within an hour. Not only was DJ super fast but he also walked me through everything and pointed out other improvement opportunities which are all very reasonably priced. I can't wait to continue using them!

I had a fairly urgent leak in a pipe from my boiler to a radiator. Jake himself came to my house the same day I called and repaired the leak quickly and corrected a previously bad installation. He explained everything so I could understand the issue, what was needed to correct it and also gave me many tips on maintenance. He was professional and thorough. I highly recommend Jake and his team for any plumbing work needed. Thanks, Jake!

The technician who came was a pleasure to work with. He was honest and completed the work well. I appreciated that Roto-Rooter did not charge a visit fee if I had decided against having the work done. Nevertheless, the fee was too high. $375 to unclog a drain that took 15 minutes!!

Service Star Plumbing is amazing! They did a perfect job roughing in a new basement shower and toilet. I called them back in to repair a leaking main water valve. Again, they did a perfect job! Very professional group and really nice people. It has been a pleasure doing business with them.

The tech that came out said he was newer and he couldn't even get his snake 2 feet down my tub drain. He still had the nerve to ask for 169.00 payment he then said there's no guarantee here it's for an attempt to unplug. I refused to pay. Someone called me back and said not to worry about payment. I them drove to home Depot bought a 50 dollar snake you attach to a drill. Within 2min of taking it out of the package I had the snake completely down the drain and it was unplugged. DO IT YOURSELF YOU WILL SAVE ALOT AND BE HAPPY YOU WERE ABLE TO DO IT IT'S SUPER EASY. SAVE YOUR MONEY. BEWARE! HE ALSO SUGGESTED THAT WE CUT THE PIPES IN THE BASEMENT TO GET THE SNAKE IN IT. Are you kidding me. And to top it off he tried messaging with the tub drain trap. Now that is leaking and it NEVER LEAKED PRIOR TO HIM MESSING WITH IT. DONT USE THESE GUYS.....

We wanted to share our experience with Street Plumbing. We were doing a fairly large remodel and they handled all of the plumbing projects. Tom, who did all of the work, was awesome. He was always on time, did beautiful work and was super helpful and responsive to all of our questions and needs. So happy he did our work.

In addition, we have communicated with both Kala and Austin and both were very helpful and responsive as well.

We cannot recommend Street Plumbing highly enough. They will be our go to plumbing service for any future needs.

Exceeding expectations for pricing and service. Cleared both toilets while increasing the flushing flow.

Dan did a fabulous work at my duplex replacing the shower valve of the bathtub. The guy was extremely friendly and the company responded very quickly to my request! The two technicians that came before Dan, Ruben and another guy, were great too. Would use again and would recommend!
