Josh is great. I have had him out twice. Once to fix an outdoor faucet which has had freezing issues - no more issues. The second time to do a water heater drain & flush. He explained the condition of our water. We decided to go with the electric anode rod so our water heater will last longer.

This company is fantastic. We had previously received a quote from Roto Rooters regarding a stack clean-out install, which Roto had claimed would cost us $2-5,000 to fix. I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

Sewer backed up. Called Pablo about 7:30 on a Friday night. Said he would be there in 45 minutes. He was 15 minutes early. Was diligent in running the snake all the way out to the main sewer. Ran it until no more tree roots came back. Did a good job, and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely use him again, and would recommend him to anyone. Very knowledgable polite, and didn't talk down to me.

They did a great job. On time easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone!

The water in our shower would not turn off... of course it happened the morning we were hosting a birthday brunch! We took off the shower handle and turned off the main water, so NO water at all! Alex called and requested a picture of the handle area. As soon as I texted it he reassured me that it was fixable today. He arrived and took care of it, saving the day for our party! Alex was awesome - super friendly and efficient. Yes, a callout on a Sunday is more expensive, but when you really need a plumber you really need one, and I HIGHLY recommend Alex and Paul Bunyan Plumbing!

I have been having a nightmare of a job with my plumbing (we hired a non reputable and turns out non licensed plumber), and although it was a small job, they did a fantastic and quick job getting me taken care of and fixing the mess that was left. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
