It's really tough getting someone out to service your home appliances as of late, I appreciated being able to have someone come within a week! Josh just installed our new gas dryer for us, he was speedy, professional, kind and very patient when explaining everything to me.

Alex Peterson is a true gentleman! Extremely knowledgeable, honest and polite. He has fixed my plumbing issues many times. Only man I trust to fix our plumbing!

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Our basement sump pump went out recently, so I called John Anderson to come out and evaluate it. After checking out the area in and around the sump pump, he replaced the broken sump pump and then showed me why it had stopped working. The previous home owners had taken a few shortcuts in the sump pump and bucket installation process. John pointed out what the proper equipment should have been and detailed two long term solutions for us. I was happy to know that John's options were NOT short term fixes at the lowest possible price. I would recommend John Anderson for his outstanding plumbing work and his straight-forward approach to high customer satisfaction. Our minds are now at ease!

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

Called late yesterday with a clogged kitchen sink drain and Daniel showed up at 8 this morning and had it working perfectly by 8:45. He even cleaned out my bathroom sink for me too! Great service, clear pricing up front, very easy to work with. I was a bit surprised that it was $500 to clear out a clogged drain, but it is what it is I guess.

Work was done very nice with no hidden charges. Dillon the Tech was very nice and a pleasure to talk with. Work was done quickly and neatly.

Nathan checked and marked the pipes in the utility room as well as replacing the metal plug on our broken bathroom sink. He arrived in record time and was a gentleman an a fantastic plumber!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
