I had a pinhole leak in our main water line and after a brief call at 7:00 am TJK Plumbing answered my call, explained they see many of these issues in my area. Provided me with an estimate of price and what to expect as well as a window for service for 8:30 am. Plumber arrived within that window and walked me through the whole solution options. All work was done within an hour and half. Very responsive, timely and glad we went this route to give me the peace of mind it was done correctly.

We had MN Plumbing and Heating out to our home to fix a leaky shower a couple of years ago. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent so we didn't hesitate to call them again last week when we needed a leaky pipe fixed in our basement. This was a completely different experience. We were told it would be $50 (non-refundable) to come to our home to get an estimate, but we didn't think that would be a problem with our great experience with them in the past. This time, after looking at the problem I was told it would be $614 to fix. I asked why it was so much, and the technician said they are under new ownership (a member of the Genz Ryan Family), and This is the boss's price. Plus everything is expensive these days. It needed a 1 inch ball valve, and apparently they are very expensive. I asked him how long it would take to fix, and he said about an hour. If I didn't agree to the price right then, I would be out $50 and have no idea how much another company would charge. Plus we needed the problem taken care of so I agreed to have it done. We also couldn't get a straight answer from the company when we called to ask the price of the part, just that they had my signature so I agreed to the price, which I find very unprofessional and condescending. I should be able to know what I'm paying for. I have a bad taste in my mouth from this experience this time, and can't help but feeling ripped off. They did get the job done, but due to the cost instead of being the first ones we call next time, they will be the last.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

Tim at Roto-Rooter was extremely thorough and wanted to figure out the problem and he solved it. When you need a plumber right away, definitely call them!

They were able to get someone to my house same day to assess a sink clog, and ended up finding a bigger issue/leak needing attention. I feel confident that repairs are being done correctly and professionally.

Standard Heating is a great company! I had my furnace and A/C unit replaced back in September 2020. Everyone throughout the process was very knowledgeable and professional and did great work. Their furnace and A/C tune ups are reasonably priced and they do a thorough job to make sure your machines are working properly. They're kind of a throwback to the old days when companies actually cared about doing quality work and satisfying their customers. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. I highly recommend them!

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

Chewy was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about a difficult and complicated repair. A second plumber was needed and Dave responded rapidly so that the entire repair was completed in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
