We had Alex out to change out our water heater. He was very reasonable and did a super job installing and we appreciated the fantastic clean up when he was done. I would highly recommend him!

Minnesota Plumbing and Heating did a great job for us and we will definitely use them again.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I called with an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday evening. They helped me triage the issue over the phone and helped me save hundreds of dollars in water damage and repair. I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were in giving me advice on how to save on an emergency visit too.

I coordinate vendor services a lot with a lot of vendors I’d say Jayhawk is up there. I think Kyle is the MVP, always helpful and will walk you though diagnostics for small things and spare you a service charge. Often a tech can’t explain or understand things about the issue and it’s a big headache to get accurate service. Kyle always slows down and makes sure, helps with terminology, gets down to the bottom of what’s going on, and doesn’t just throw his hands in the air like it’s impossible to get device details. He is able to communicate about everting very well. Shout out to Kyle: I work with a lot of service providers and I don’t think any of them do as good of a job at understand they problem, the options for solutions, kicking around numbers and getting the job scheduled without rechanneling those details.

If every service provider was like Kyle I’d save tens of thousands of dollars each year from folks who will not listen to primary diagnostics, charging to fix what we already relayed was not the issue, and he won’t push back like you must be not know how to change an air filter.

Discovered a pool of water late Thursday afternoon in the utility room. Threw towels to soak up the water. Contacted Paul Bunyan Plumbing & Blue OX Friday and reported the problem. Requested Blue OX service due to water around the furnace. Service tech came out today, Saturday 4/30/22 to inspect the furnace and found no issues and stated water might be coming from the water heater and contacted dispatch to send out a Paul Bunyan Plumbing service tech. Stan arrived and checked the water heater and stated water was coming from between the inner and outer tanks. The old water heater had been replaced 11 and a half years ago and had a 12 yr warranty. With just 6 months to go on the warranty and after discussing options, Stan proceeded with the process of replacing the water heater. Stan was very professional and up front regarding the warranty on the old tank, looking out on our behalf before proceeding with doing the Job. I've done business with the Paul Bunyan Plumbing and the Blue OX teams for years now and have always been satisfied with their service techs/services every time.Christopher Bingman

Tristan Noghabaie did a great job thoroughly servicing our furnace and AC unit. He was positive and patient, willing to take the time to explain the situation and answer my questions. He was very personable and a pleasure to meet.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
