We had a great experience with TJK plumbing! They always answered promptly on the phone and we’re flexible with answering my questions and rescheduling. Dan came out to do our estimate and was polite and quick. The estimate was thorough and fairly priced. Josh and Adam came out to install our tub and fix the toilet flange and were both professional and easy to talk to the entire time. Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Almost 30 year old system and now the blower fan won’t shut off. He looked through all of the potential causes (twice) and gave me his honest opinion to let the fan run because it would likely outlast whatever will eventually kill the old beast. Very kind, knowledgeable and honest.

Great place to pickup plumbing hardware (and other hardware) that works. Stopped at one if the big box stores to pickup a coupler. Takes to one of the people there and bought what they told me I needed. Got home put it together and water during everywhere. Stopped at LeVahn Bros, told them what I was doing and what I have done, and they gave me a couple of options to try and resolve the issue. Got home put the first option in, boom, issue fixed. Saved me a ton from having to call the pool repair shop.

Called because the manufacturer recommended I have water heater diagnosed. Tech was nice but told me the repair would be about $1000 or more. My water heater was terrible because it was a retail unit a little over a year old and he could sell me a good one for about $2000. I paid the trip charge but the call was a waste of both of our time. I think they could have given me those options on the initial call. I called the manufacturer back and this time they troubleshot the problem and are overnighting a replacement part. Both companies could have done better.

Dan J came out a few hours after I called right when expected. He did an honest appraisal and did the job I expected and he went the extra mile with a few of the details. Quality work; pleasant experience all-around.

Be very careful in negotiations with this company. I called their company up and asked if they could beat a price of 390 plus dollars, he said yes. He beat the price by a few dollars. When the service man came out, I asked him what they change. It was 160 for the first hour and 80 dollars after that. The service man was there less than an hour. He still changed me over 299 dollars for time. I asked him why you are charging me above your rate, he said that is what we agreed too. I can not argue that, but I did find a better plumber than this. He got me, I will not use them again.

I was referred to pronto from a friend and I have no regrets. They were on time very very professional I don't think I've had anyone in that field be as knowledgeable efficient in their work. Personally I'd recommend them to anyone needing repair or replacement in air conditioning or furnace. Thank you again. Chuck Foreman

I found out about Dave through a friend. I have had Dave to the house for two jobs and both times he did a GREAT JOB! One job he was honest about and made sure he knew it was something that I could fix MYSELF! He is a family business and he has the interest of the CUSTOMER in mind! Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
