Best Drain Rooter in Minneapolis MN

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Had a basement floor drain clogged. Requested service online, received an email right away giving me an estimated time. Received a phone call when they were 30 mins out. Guy (Austin) was here right on time! He was super friendly, explained the situation and price clearly and got right to work. Also very polite! Fixed the problem in less than an hour and was helpful in explaining what he had done. Second time we have used these guys and would use them again in a heart beat.

Very happy with the prompt service. George was at the house within the hour after calling. I had two issues and he fixed them both. He explained everything and put me at ease. If i ever need a plumber again it is nice to know they will respond quickly and professionally.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
