Best Clog Removal in Minneapolis MN

They told me I needed a $10K+ repair and left me with a cracked clean out cap. I should have called a reputable plumbing service instead.

Came in and out fixed our stores toilet in a heartbeat an hour after calling! 10/10

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

According to the reviews, excellent service. I would have loved to find out first hand but the person answering the phone was extremely unhelpful and condescending.

Alex and Bob replaced our sink pipes and drains. They also replaced our outside spigot and added an inside shut off valve for winter. We are extremely pleased. They were effecient and very friendly. I would definitely hire them again!

Brian did a great job getting out here quickly and cleaning out our drain. He was professional, quick, efficient and very helpful with the drain cleaning and explanation of everything he did. Happy to use again in the future!

You get what toy pay for. Gabe, the service technician through his skill and expertise gave us some relief from the sewer line issue. There is some further evaluation as to the condition of the line, which Gabe recommended. Not real good news to my ears. So, the cost of the service and the possibility of further repairs, not good. However, the personable, knowledgeable, tech Gabe made the whole experience seem very right! You get what you pay for.
