Standard installed a new furnace and AC for us. The timeline was quick and the install team was friendly. There was a gas leak detected after the install but Chris and team came out and made sure everything was corrected and sealed up. Grateful for the quick response.

Mike did a great job! We had a sudden leak in a pipe on a Saturday and he was out to repair it within a couple hours. He also did some other repairs that we needed done. He was very professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. The next time I need a plumber I will definitely call Paul Bunyan Plumbing. We had Andrew over today to help us out with a full electrical inspection after we just bought our first older home. We had a few jobs all of which he tackled for us in just a few hours without having to break open walls or much invasive work at all! He was exceptionally professional and very friendly and generously walked us through each step and question we had and detailed everything in a way that was easy to understand and make a good decision for us. I started using them a few months ago. I’ve neglected my plumbing needs for years. A few months ago they repaired and replaced my kitchen and shower faucets, that had both been leaking and not working properly. I signed up for their maintenance program (getting discounts on repairs and annual inspections). Yesterday they came to inspect all of my plumbing and drained my water heater (who knew that was important?!). They also showed me each area of concern and explained why. Nothing is broken right now, and I’m grateful for that. But I’m also really grateful for the list of things to be mindful of and begin to prioritize and budget for. Grateful they have financing options! Today they came and checked my main water pipe and talked me through the whole process. Again, grateful nothing is crazy problematic but also grateful to know estimated costs of preventative options. Every phone interaction and all three different home visits - they’ve been kind, respectful, and listened to me and answered my questions. I’m really grateful to be using this company and instead of having an undertone of anxiety regarding any and all plumbing issues - I know what’s up, I know who will help when I’m ready or when I need it. Excellent customer service.
