I cannot say enough about the service we received from John and Minnesota Plumbing and Heating. He came out at the time specified, diagnosed the problem immediately, and within a couple of hours we had a new water heater with hot water a short 30 minutes later. Everything was taken care of right on site. John was personable and professional. It's easy to see why he's been doing this for over twenty-four years. Thank you John and MN Plumbing and Heating!

Very nice and helpful technicians. The CO level was high before tuning up, but they were able to lower it by 80%. I did not think tune up as necessary maintenance before, but now realize it’s a safety thing that should be done yearly. And will definitely choose Standard heating again.

I was happy they could come out on a weekend but that quickly turned to disappointment when the technician turned out to be more of a salesman. I was disgusted by the high pressure sales tactics. The conversation had little to do with what was wrong and how to fix it but rather “how much can you afford?” They offered a series of repair options from $1,500 up to $9,000 and replacement options from $5,000 to $33,000. This for a broken home air condition, and all without properly explaining what was wrong. In the end I was happy to pay their $99 “consultation fee” just for them to leave. I hired a small business AC shop to address the problem and it was fixed the right way for just $268. Lots more communication than I got from the shady Genz-Ryan tech.

Heating system was not operating properly,MSP sent one of their repair personal to fixed the problem, took less than an hour before Joe had it up and running perfect again. Thanks Joe, and MSP plumbing and heating. Great job.

A tree limb fell onto my power line, pulling the house knob off of my house and leaving my power line just hanging by the wired, causing damage to the inside of my power meter and potentially the wiring in the conduit. Matt Z came out and replaced my power meter and the outside wiring and re-installed the house knob so now my power line is hung properly and safely. Matt was very professional and pleasant to work with, 10/10 would have him back for any further electrical work I may need in the future. Overall I was very pleased with my experience with Matt Z and Deans Home Services. Thanks!

We just had our first service from this company, the plumbing system inspection that is part of their preventative program.The technician was Matt, and besides being very personable he did a very thorough inspection, was very professional and explained everything he did and why.One thing we appreciated was that, prior to his arrival we received an email from the office with a picture of Matt and some background him, it was nice to know who was going to show up at our door. We look forward to doing business with this company in the future.
