I always use Standard Heating and Air because I trust them to be fair, on time and to send knowledgable people who are efficient and can solve the problem. Polite, respectful and priced fairly.

Matt did a great job doing maintenance on my Carrier furnace. He told me that he found 2 items that needed to be maintenance. He was on time, wore shoe booties and cleaned up after himself. I will be calling back next spring for a tune up on my Carrier AC unit.

I gladly paid $250 for an after hours call. This service took about an hour to fix a pinhole leak for which I was charged an additional $640. This was explained as a flat rate charge. This is outrageous. Never go to Paul Bunyan. V

My whole experience has been great so far. The scheduler was friendly and called me the day of my appointment to let me know I was the next stop, and that the technician would call about 15-30 minutes ahead of arriving . She also asked if there was anything I was concerned about relating to my appointment!! Matt K. was my technician. He was punctual, professional, very easy to talk with, and knowledgeable. He provided 6 different options and pricing on the spot!!

I've been using Janecky for over 2 decades. Most recently they installed a cast iron tub, facuet and drain system, pulled all the proper permits, passed everything without issue. They are really good at what they do. Show up as scheduled, stand by their work, using legitimate licensed plumbers whom they treat really well. I see their trucks all over the twin cities for a reason. Call Dave and Shelly Janecky and give them you're business.

Dean’s has replaced several appliances in my house starting with the water heater. Almost all of the water shut off valves added to the plumbing system have been installed by techs from Deans which will make future replacements and maintenance easier if I choose to do them myself. The techs have always been on time, have done great work, and are always willing to give as much information on the system as possible. On the most recent job Eric Wills took less than 30 minutes to get water shut off valves installed on a line before the faucet gets replaced tomorrow. I’ve owed these techs a review for awhile so, better late than never.

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.

I needed service on a Sunday. They came quick and were knowledgeable. However, it was a valve that needed to be replaced, which took him about 15min to replace... the bill was over $700!?!? I was stuck, so I had to pay it, but goodness that's taking someone over the coals for a 20-30min stop.

Quality plumbers and very good at meeting deadlines, and communication. Highly recommended !

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

Super incapable and fraud people. Not sure why I have to even give 1 star. Go with someone else.
