Great experience with getting our furnace fixed. They were very responsive when scheduling an appointment. I used their online appointment tool and received a call within minutes to confirm an available time slot. When the technician was on his way the next day, I received a text (and email) including his name and picture. He greeted me and was very upfront and honest about the inspection and repair process. He quickly identified the issue and came up with an estimate to fix the problem at hand as well as few estimates including other optional service and replacement options for other components as well. He was very clear about which component was the root cause and needed fixing and which other components were aging and could use replacement as well but were optional. I opted for just replacing the broken component and was not met with a poor attitude or pushy sales tactics about my choice. The repair was done shortly after reviewing the estimate and our furnace was back in action. One other thing I really liked was their entire estimate and billing process is done electronically on a tablet. After paying I immediately received an email with a copy of my invoice and the original estimates. Very polite and straight forward process overall, would definitely call them again.

Our new house had a 40 year old furnace and no air conditioning. We got several quotes for a new furnace and the addition of central air, and not only was Standard Heating & Air Conditioning the lowest price (by $2500!!), but also their rep, Seth, impressed us the most with his friendly demeanor, his ability to educate us without being condescending, and his clear interest in only selling us what we needed, and he didn’t try any high pressure sales tactics nor did he push any unnecessary upgrades on us. The installation was timely and flawless, and they updated us all day on their progress. We couldn’t be more pleased with them, and will absolutely use them for years to come.

Michael and Chris were easy to work with. We discussed my water heater and water softener which were both in bad shape.There was no pressure to buy but it was obvious that i needed to do something soon. I liked what this company is all about so within hours i was set to go for many years!

Stan really is just the best. Not only was his work done to perfection, he also provided some really necessary education on how to maintain my new water softener. He walked through everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. He is also just a great guy in general. Very personable and kind, and is super enjoyable to talk to, even when just talking about plumbing stuff! I would Highly recommend him and Paul Bunyan Plumbing.

Jordan did an awesome job fixing my hot water heater! He was very professional and friendly the entire time and walked me through what the issue was. He laid out options to fix my water heater and helped me decide which was the best path forward. I was very happy with the service.

Excellent and expert service!!! Kudos to Sam Naegele who arrived to fix a malfunctioning bathroom exhaust fan. He patiently and professionally problem solved the issue we were having and left with the fan working smoothly once again. His solution saved us a lot of money since we had assumed that we would need to replace the exhaust fan. I would certainly recommend the service. Thanks, Sam!!!

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

I had a wonderful experience with Kintex. I went through my warranty company America Home Shield Warranty. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink faucet for over 2 months. AHS sent out another plumber company first. He could not fix the the faucet and totally misdiagnosed the issue. Finally after waiting on AHS and the back and forth for 2 month, AHS sent Kintex. Within a few days, Ike with Kintex came out, diagnosed the issue in 3 mins and fixed my sink in 5 mins. Finally someone who knows what he is doing with experience. Thank you Kintex!
