Best Boiler in Minneapolis MN

Took a Friday afternoon off to be home for the appointment. They called late to reschedule for Monday. Then they wanted $500 to replace a single shut off valve that was easily accessible. Had to pay $50 for the estimate and I sent them away. Find another plumber!

I've been very happy with the service both times I called them in the last year. They are prompt, friendly, and take the time to answer questions. Both technicians - Greg and Jared were great.

They were able to schedule me in sooner than any of the other companies I had called for an AC tune-up (after Genz Ryan had already cancelled on me 3 times). The receptionist was polite and very helpful. They called to let me know when they were about to arrive and showed up right on time. Nate was my guy and I couldn't speak more highly of him! He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very honest. He took his time and went through everything with me in detail. I was so impressed that I signed up for their monthly plan and couldn't be more satisfied! Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

I just bought my first home and got a Dean's membership and I'm so glad I did. I had them come and inspect my plumbing, heating, air conditioner, electrical, and all of this was done as a courtesy if your a member. I had them replace a humidifier and they did an amazing job. I also just had one of their plumber's Eric W. out to my house for a second time and he's great to work with. I had a water pressure issue that took some troubleshooting but he got it fixed!! He is honest and tries his best to get what you need fixed, at the best price possible. I highly recommend Dean's!!

Paul is a true master at his craft, and very personable to boot! His depth of knowledge was evident in how he was able to remove our 70-year-old cast iron and lead piping, reconfigured the main stack layout in accordance with current code, and replaced it with new black ABS pipe that should provide us decades of worry-free, reliable service!

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

I had a wonderful experience with Kintex. I went through my warranty company America Home Shield Warranty. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink faucet for over 2 months. AHS sent out another plumber company first. He could not fix the the faucet and totally misdiagnosed the issue. Finally after waiting on AHS and the back and forth for 2 month, AHS sent Kintex. Within a few days, Ike with Kintex came out, diagnosed the issue in 3 mins and fixed my sink in 5 mins. Finally someone who knows what he is doing with experience. Thank you Kintex!
