Best Boiler in Minneapolis MN

We called MN Plumbing and Heating for a short term need and they were responsive and sent John out who was fantastic. He explained what NEEDED to be done as well as some items he would recommend to do in the future. Didn't feel like he was pulling the wool over our eyes and we greatly appreciated that. We will be doing business with them again in the future if we need.

We've used Standard for about 20 years. We've purchased several furnaces and AC units from them. They've serviced them and we've never had a problem. They are always professional and friendly. I can't recommend them enough.

Over the past few months, we have had to replace our water heater and sump pump (+ all of the plumbing to go with the pump). Though never fun to do so, the team at HomeWorks has been great! All of the staff we have interacted with were extremely professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and laid out all of the options to fix them at every price point. I would recommend them for anything related to plumbing, heating and air!

This is the second time in a year I had to call for help. Once was for a leaking pipe under the sink and today for a gas leak. Alway professional with great caring customer service. They are wonderful from the time someone answers the phone until they complete the work. I will continue to call them if I run into issues.

Andrew came out to fix a ceiling fan install gone wrong (“handy”man...), and to fix some electrical that had been noted on my inspection when I bought my house 2 years ago. He was very friendly, professional, and explained everything he was doing and why. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, and he was able to do all the work in the same day, which I appreciated.

Tom did a great job fixing my leaking pipe in the basement. Quality workmanship. Very professional. Will use again for all my plumbing needs.

I've been using Janecky for over 2 decades. Most recently they installed a cast iron tub, facuet and drain system, pulled all the proper permits, passed everything without issue. They are really good at what they do. Show up as scheduled, stand by their work, using legitimate licensed plumbers whom they treat really well. I see their trucks all over the twin cities for a reason. Call Dave and Shelly Janecky and give them you're business.

Had Josh out on Wednesday and cleaned my main pipe from house to street. He is very friendly and efficient. He took his time and explained everything he was going to do. He was a pleasure to work with.Had Tyler S out yesterday for an estimate in some pipe work in the laundry room an he too was very friendly and easy to chat with. Both are very professional and I’m glad I made the switch to Dean’s Home Services last year.

Quick efficient & professional

Mark and his team did a fantastic job. I have used them on several occasions and have been quick and prompt. They even help me maintain my tankless water heater. Highly recommend!!!

We were having a problem with our water softener and Craig came to fix it. He was friendly, quick, made sure we got the best deal possible by giving a senior discount. Would recommend using this company if all the techs are like Craig.

We were able to get a plumber out quickly to repair our outdoor water faucet. They did a great job and explained what they did afterwards. I would recommend!

Steinkraus Plumbing - specifically the owner, Jason, is extremely unprofessional. He has repeatedly ignored my calls when calling to collect payment for materials we supplied his company for a project they were working on. I left well over 10 messages for him with the staff that answers the phone and they assured me they were passing along the messages and they weren’t sure why he wasn’t returning my calls. He finally returned my call months later and said he would pay. Months go by and still no payment. Eventually I got ahold of Jason directly again and he said since he “closed out that project on his end, he cannot pay us...” - in what world does that excuse a business from paying another business for their product that they received? You would think as an owner of a small business himself he would understand the importance of every sale/purchase and understand that if you order and receive product, you are responsible to pay for it. I would not do business with this company as they have proven (read other reviews) that they are not a trustworthy company. Very sad that he puts his employees in the position of taking the heat for his poor business practices.

Irresponsible and unprofessional.

Contracted through America Home Shield Warranty (another terrible company). Utterly worthless. It took them two days to dispatch a plumber. He showed up in his personal vehicle. By then the clog had partially cleared. I explained what the previous plumber found and the remedy that was needed (full clean out). The plumber flushed the toilet a few times while looking at the cleanout. The toilet backed up but slowly cleared. He declared that since it wasn't a full stoppage there was nothing he could do. I asked him to remove the toilet and snake to the cleanout. He said he wasn't authorized to remove the toilet. Huh? A plumber who can't remove a toilet?
This company is a joke.
