Had a plumbing emergency the other night. DJ to the rescue! I have used this company several times and have always been pleased with the service. DJ is a pro. Even after 8:00 in the evening, he has a smile on his face and is ready to do whatever is necessary to take care of the situation. He's that guy who renews your faith in service people. Jake was very helpful and pleasant. I called him one day when my parents water heater couldn't work. He told me he will come over after every plumber I called was not available that day. Terrible! We explained our plumbing problem and scheduled a plumber. He arrived on time but couldn't repair the shower BUT said he would come back and bring the replacement parts and fix it. He came back AND DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING! But we were charged for 2 SERVICE CALLS! Absolutely ridiculous!

I've been shopping around for a reliable and affordable plumber and plumbing service for the past week or so. Even though there are dozens and dozens of them, it has been a process (and still in progress) looking for the someone who will not rip me off. Paul must have been the 8th or 9th plumber I've called and although he doesn't service the area I live in, he took the time to provide me a quote on what it will cost to fix these plumbing issues I have, and told me how much I should expect to pay so I don't get ripped off. Although, I didn't use his service, I appreciate his candor and help.
