I used Jake the Plumber to install a new toilet and they did a tremendous job. I worked with Steve, who was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. I called Norblom Plumbing at 8:00 AM and because they had a cancellation, I was able to receive same day service and my repair was promptly completed the same morning. The plumber that was dispatched, Jake, was very knowledgeable and friendly; he provided me an explanation of the work that would be involved and the cost between a repair and a replacement. The charge for the services was very reasonable and I will definitely call on Norblom Plumbing in the future.

I had an old water pressure pump that had started to leak and needed some advice on how to repair the pump or install a new one. I was referred to LeVahn by a friend and called to explain my situation. I worked with Andy, who asked all the right questions and came up with the most cost-effective solution. He challenged what I thought was the only way to move forward and solved my problem for about 20% of what I thought I’d pay. Had the yearly furnace maintenance with Genz and the tech stated that our furnace was basically dead. Talked about bad boards, cracked heat exchanger, etc. We got a second opinion (since we didnt want to spend 6k if we didnt need to). Local guy came out for a handful of hours and stated there is nothing wrong with the furnace. He couldn't find any issues besides it just being older. So I'm happy i dont have to pay for a new furnace but if we didnt know better, i'd be out 6k for NO REASON. Be carefulUpdate: Changing the review to 3 stars. Received a call back with a nice apology wanting to make things right.

Had my drain unclogged by this company 2/2016. He was the first drain company that not only didn't charge me a ton, but ALSO the first that was able to clear my drain and have it actually last a decent amount of time! Prior to using this company I kept having to get the same drain unclogged every couple months! Our drain clogged again (after over 2 years since the last time) earlier today and I have been searching all day trying to find the name of this company so that I could have them come again! I obviously recommend this company hands down! :-)

We had repeated problems with a backed-up toilet and had plumbers out many times to clear the clogs. Rob and Jose from General Rooter not only removed the clog but also determined why the toilet was clogged so often. By running their fiber optic camera down the pipe, they found two what they called “bellies,” low spots where the pipe had sagged and didn’t drain properly. This, along with cracks seen in the video, requires us to excavate the cement slab to replace the pipe, and Rob referred us to a plumber they trusted to do the job well.

They could have just cleared the clog but went further to provide a solution to prevent reoccurrences. Thank you General Rooter!
