We had had trouble with our Drain backing up. Had used a competitor on a referral. That went poorly. Was then referred to Ron by a neighbor. It couldn't have gone smoother. From the communication after the first call, to the service itself, then professional follow up. Our technician was Jeff, he explained everything, and was extremely professional. I will recommend for sure.

Gary and his grandson did an excellent job installing our new kitchen faucet and reconnecting the pipes. They were professional and very fairly priced. They came out same-day, which I really appreciated! I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will be calling them if I need a plumber.

He is also an excellent instructor and role model for the apprentices. Charley is also fantastic, insightful, and articulate. Please accept my gratitude

I called Gopher to come out and fix a clogged kitchen sink. We thought we had it solved - and suggested we do a main clean out to be safe in the near future - but a few days later it started backing up again. The same technician was back within a few hours and we decided to start with the main drain clean out. Things got a little complicated when the snake got stuck on a nasty ball of roots, and we ended up with 6 guys out to my house to fix the issue to completion. These guys could not be any nicer or more professional. I was truly sad to see them go! They made sure I understood what the options were and what was happening each step of the way. They pulled out what can only be described as an entire shrub out of the main - to the point I am surprised my pipes were even working at all. The basement was a total disaster but they cleaned up after themselves so well, I was so impressed. I felt like I was in such good hands and I trusted they were doing absolutely everything they could to ensure the best possible outcome. I could not reccomend them enough.

Called for emergency services gave them my number for them to call me back it was not on voicemail they took my number and said they will get back to me and never did

Two representatives came to my Mom's condo when her garbage disposal stopped working. They told her it would $500 to repair but they reccomended a replacement which cost $1000. She didn't think this sounded right so instead she called my brother in law. He took a wrench and literally gave it two twists and it was fixed. That was all it needed. This company completely tried to take advantage of my Mom because she seemed like an easy target. Total ripoff, total jerks.

Furnace was working intermittently. They came and took a visual look, standing there with their hands in their pockets, said the furnace was old and gave me an estimate for new equipment, $3000.
They never actually diagnosed the problem, I told them to leave.
Did a little more digging myself and found out my thermostat was bad. Run to menards, $40 and an hour later furnace was working great. I complained to management and after arguing with them for a bit they finally refunded my $79 diagnostic fee.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
