Best in Minneapolis MN

Not a good experience. We ended up having more issues than we had before we paid them over $400 for simple repairs. We had a major leak when the water supply valve on a toilet came out of the wall. The more experienced plumber did not know how to shut off the main water supply and we had to wait for 30 minutes before the owner Ron could make it over and shut it down in a matter of minutes. The supply valve they replaced continues to leak and has lead to floor and wall damage and they are taking ZERO responsibility for their work. Ron states that we need to go through our homeowners insurance.
It is unfortunate as they are good people and very professional on the front end. The woman handling appointments is very attentive and responsive but this was a very bad experience and unprofessional outcome. Beware.

My experience with Chris was fantastic. My wife and I had recently moved into a townhouse with our newborn son. Around 9pm on a weeknight our shower faucet broke with water running full force. After shutting off water to the house we had to call someone asap to come out. Chris was happy to respond. From the start I was impressed, as he made sure to really understand the issue and branding of our equipment to repair quickly and efficiently. He also was extremely upfront on the first call on pricing, and gave an accurate time estimate when he would arrive (you rarely see that these days). Upon arrival he was respectful and courteous of our home even removing his shoes at the front door. While
Completing his repair he was even explaining to me what he was doing, and what the issue was. The repair took all of 20 minutes and we were up and running smoothly. He was careful to clean and leave the shower in better working order than when he arrived. Between his customer service, professional work, honesty, transparency, accuracy, efficiency, and a wonderful personality it was a fantastic experience. I would recommend him to anyone. I contacted a plumber to fix my tub and he said it would be a very complex job that he would have to look in to. Considering he was uneasy, I decided to reach out to plumbing solutions of wichita. Aaron came out and fixed my tub the very next day and was very flexible with my schedule. I would highly recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues no matter how big or small. Contracted through America Home Shield Warranty (another terrible company). Utterly worthless. It took them two days to dispatch a plumber. He showed up in his personal vehicle. By then the clog had partially cleared. I explained what the previous plumber found and the remedy that was needed (full clean out). The plumber flushed the toilet a few times while looking at the cleanout. The toilet backed up but slowly cleared. He declared that since it wasn't a full stoppage there was nothing he could do. I asked him to remove the toilet and snake to the cleanout. He said he wasn't authorized to remove the toilet. Huh? A plumber who can't remove a toilet?
This company is a joke.
