We hired Gene's to install new sewer pipe and we're very pleased. They did a good job. However, what really mattered was how they handled an issue. They came back and fixed a problem with no difficulty and did not charge anything as it was under warranty. So while many companies can do their jobs well, how concerns were dealt with made Gene's stand out to me as trustworthy and honorable.

They came out on short notice and fixed a leak in a pipe that was in the wall. They had to cut the wall to get to it. They did a great job and I appreciate it.

This week we had issues with our furnace and a trusted family member recommended Pronto Heating & AC (which she found on Angie's List). From the get-go, their company was professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. They really went above and beyond to get the service done quickly, took care of the preventative maintenance, and even submitted the warranty paperwork for us. I am not someone who is easily impressed so please keep Pronto in mind for furnace issues or spring AC tune-ups!I have no conflicts of interest, I am simply a satisfied customer.

Spectacular service, very quickly scheduled and even more quickly done! They came out to do a significant replacement of my sewer line (24 feet of pipe ended up being needed) from within feet of my house and inches of my front stoop. They did a solid job of retaining the lawn as much as could be expected given the scope of the project, but even more importantly avoided cutting or damaging the stamped concrete pathway/stoop that wound around the area they needed to work on. They were very respectful of my neighbor's property line close to the work area. They accomplished this all within 8-5 business hours in a single day. They scheduled me for 04May after providing an estimate on 19Apr (very short turnaround in the middle of what I understand to be their busy season). Mark and Jess were very helpful along the way, and the crew was very friendly and professional. I'm extremely pleased with my service, and would recommend Cichy's to anyone who might need any of the services they provide. This was a major expense for me, and I'm thrilled to have faith in the service that I've received. Thank you Cichy's!!

Excellent service. Last minute plumbing needs, Sebastian was able to stop by my house and take a look at my urgent plumbing needs. He was on time, responsive. courteous and professional and did an excellent job in replacing plumbing valves. I would definitely use them again.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job. I have used them on several occasions and have been quick and prompt. They even help me maintain my tankless water heater. Highly recommend!!!

Doug started off well but quickly degraded. He cut corners in installing our tub and would not fix it according to Kohlers recommendations. He ended by slinging insults. I would not have him back in my house. Save yourself the stress we had and hire someone else.

This called the evening I put in the request and were at my house the next morning. They fixed the problem very fast and were fairly priced.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
