I called with an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday evening. They helped me triage the issue over the phone and helped me save hundreds of dollars in water damage and repair. I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were in giving me advice on how to save on an emergency visit too.

Eric from Service Star Plumbing, LLC came to our house to look at the work we wanted done. He offered 3 options to fix a drain pipe that had rotted. Eric completed the repair using the least expensive option he offered us. Eric was on time, did a nice job replacing the drain pipe, communicated well during the repair and cleaned the area when he was finished.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Knew exactly what was wrong with the drain and delivery quality work. Great customer service and affordable. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

He has been my plumber for 4 different issues I’ve had in the last 3/4 years. Fixed them all. I never have felt like he over charged; For once a plumber I didn’t feel was over charging for services.

Northern Plumbing and Softening did an excellent job of updating all of my plumbing, both repairs and replacements. Chuck is a master plumber with years of experience in the business. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and is a kind and gentle person who listens and explains all that he does. He is quick to respond to questions before, during and after installation. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Chuck for all of your plumbing needs!

Paul was able to repair our tub faucet by overcoming a tile installer's mistake. His efforts saved us significant added expense because he did not have to replace the faucet. I have hired Paul for three different projects and would highly recommend his plumbing services.

Great family owned business. Plumber, one of the Hovde sons, was terrific, and very quick. I had a blown water heater and that had to be replaced. They were here the next morning, worked hard, and even came in $200+ under the initial estimate. Couldn't be more pleased. My neighbor got a bid for the exact same water heater and it came in more than twice as much as my bid from a family owned business. SHOP LOCAL, SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!

Great service! Geno was on time and took care of a problem in less than 40 minutes. The roots were nasty. He cleaned up the mess. I would highly recommend him.

Had the 100ish year old main valve removed and replaced with a modern ball valve, did a super neat and sturdy installation in a timely manner. Chris Also replaced the outside faucet and it’s a super clean install. This company is rock solid.

A pipe burst at our home at 630 on a Friday night. JD was here within minutes when our rents company had gotten in contact with someone. He fixed the problem in 5 minutes. I highly recommend JD plumbing!!!

Very good experience. Employee pulled right what I needed off the shelf. Very knowledgeable about items on shelf.

The 2nd one a while later that I got the employee who acted like he knew what he was doing did not pull the right one off the shelf and it don't fit so the water keeps seeping around the toilet flapper in the toilet tank. This one is flimsy and made poorly. Very unhappy with my service and don't think employees were knowledgeable at all. Also stuck with a purchase I can't return.

Andrew Folz was amazing! We just had a new furnace installed by Genz approx 6 weeks ago and our heat stopped working last night. We were worried about the extreme cold weather but Alex went above and beyond and was able to come out the next afternoon and made sure we had what we needed to get our furnace back up and running. He even left to pick up a part that was needed that he initially thought would not be able to be available or installed a few days later. He was patient, explained everything and made sure we understood what happened. Everything was covered under warranty. No issues. Thanks Alex!
