When I call, all I get is their answering machine and they never return messages. Very unprofessional. I guess they don't want new customers.

We've used Paul Bunyan a couple of times now and they are always fast to arrive, very thorough in their inspection of the issue, and able to resolve them fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend, and we will use them again for any future plumbing issues.

I tried to fix my own plumbing....Needless to say JD Plumbing had to come save the day. He was there within 24 hrs and the pricing was beyond fair! Somehow he kindly found a way to not make me look foolish for my attempt at plumbing while fixing my mistakes. I was not home, but my wife and kids were, and my wife was amazed at JD's kind attitude and professionalism. I attempted to fix the issue as my wife doesn't like most tradesman in our home when I am gone, but this was a timing issue. She said I am never allowed to touch plumbing again, and she will be calling JD herself next time. Amazing service, timely and fair, and most of all, made my family feel comfortable while I was not there. I will be using JD Plumbing for all my future repairs!

Dean's was not honest about it's pricing and business practice. Told me there would be a $79 trip charge to come look at my AC that's not cooling. Then when tech got to my house, tech wanted another $370 diagnostic fee. If I don't pay the $370, he'll be on his way and I would just owe the trip charge. But if I agree to the additional fee, both fees would be credit to the costs of any work that would need to be done. I felt I was given no choice but to authorize the additional charge. After about 10 min, he stated AC was low on refrigerant, AC was old, and that he will be providing a quote for a new AC for me shortly. Anyway, I called 2 other AC contractors to get bids on new AC unit and got appointments the next day and quotes on the same day. Dean's didn't provide a quote until I called 2 days later, and its quote didn't include the fees its tech told me would be credited and the quoted price for a 13 SEER 2 ton Amana unit was $8775! The other quote I got were for a Bryant AC 15 SEER 2.5 ton for $6100 and a Lennox 13 SEER 2.5 ton for $6000. My experiences with Dean's is bad and I would not recommend them.

Brian and Jamison were great. They did the drain cleaning twice just to make sure they got everything. They were able to help us within 2 hours of our telephone call to Rotor Rooter.

Mike and his crew are awesome. We had them in to replace a kitchen sink, bathroom sink, toilet and hook the water up to our refrigerator. While he was there, the water heater started leaking (it was rusted out), and he took care of that, too! Timely, professional and easy to work with.

I have had Blaylock come out four times now for about ten different projects ranging from indoor and outdoor faucet replacement to water heater replacement and all the way to pulling out and replacing the main drain running from my kitchen to my sewer (which ran half the length of the house and through the foundation). They've been consistently on-time with next-day response to emergency jobs (they have dedicated residential service to ensure not everything is a corporate client). Their prices are entirely fair for plumbing services (which are not cheap), they work diligently to ensure that the work reflects the time spent, and their quality has been exceptional.

I will continue to use them for further future plumbing projects as they come up. If that's not an endorsement for their services I don't know what is.
