Best Sewer Repair in Milwaukee WI

Contacted them to unclog my upstairs bathroom drain as well as about replacing my old drum trap. They were initially very responsive which was great but they never showed up the day of my appointment. I contacted them back and told them and they said someone was supposed to have contacted me about not making it but they never did. I did choose to reschedule since they were responsive so far. The next appointment was supposed to be first thing Monday morning and again they were a no show. Contacted them again about it but no response now.

Very unprofessional. Go someplace else.

We had excellent service when we ran into what we thought was a backed up drain and was proven to be a broken sewer drain pipe. Sewer Ninjas worked with us quickly to diagnose and fix our sewer with their unique no dig solution. I feel very confident in their pipe lining repair and this solution was very cost effective, considering what it would have cost us to replace the entire pipe (as opposed to lining). I had a great experience with Hartlaub Plumbing! I needed a more involved repair, replacing PVC and reseating a toilet. Isaac Klahn did the work - he explored and explained all my options. The quality of his work was outstanding and he is professional, friendy, quick, and thorough! Customer Service and communication about when they would arrive was great too.

Excellent service and they stand by their work! I had an emergency plumbing situation due to a leaking toilet and they were able to respond quickly and professionally to solve the issue. I plan to use them again shortly for additional work and would recommend them to anyone needing 24-hour plumbing service.

As a new resident to Wisconsin, I have found my plumbers! Budiac Plumbing responded quickly and efficiently to a handful of small issues I had with my bathroom and kitchen plumbing. Dan explained what the issues were and how to prevent future problems. I know I can count on them to be responsive and professional.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

Our hot water heater decided to go on a Friday evening so I called Vince Ingrilli and left a message telling him the situation and to set up an appointment to have it replaced. Vince called back within 10 minutes. He was very pleasant, gave us our options for replacement, and we set up an appointment. I later received a call from Vince saying they were going to be able to come out two days earlier than our original appointment. Very impressive. Certainly will call on him for any future plumbing needs!

Rick and Mike were great. They called before coming and were right on time. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. The installs of my toilets went smooth as silk. Both Rick and Mike cleaned up so well it's like you never knew they were here. Price was absolutely perfect as well. I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

I called to request information regarding the work they did on our property. I got a returned phone call from the owner, stating that he would not provide the information to me. He then hung up on us. I strongly discourage working with a company who is unwilling to back up their work by providing invoices or any other information regarding the work they did.
