Big fan of having hired Dickenschrauf for installing a new furnace, plus running heat pipes to the second level of my house. Best priced bid out of 5 companies. Great communication and service - an efficient, courteous team of three got all the work done in one day. Plus they had great financing options that helped out at the time. Absolutely 5 stars. Thank goodness my previous 1950s dinosaur furnace is gone!! If you still have an old beast heating your home - don't fear it, get rid of it! Call these guys. Plus they gave a great estimate price for adding on central air in the future! That'll be next!

I am so thankful at how the whole company was fantastic to me and my wife. I am almost hesitant to say they have outstanding ‘customer service’ (they do!) because I have felt more like a friend or family member than a customer. I am just so happy with everything (all things considered!). Seriously, I couldn’t ask for a better company to help me and my wife during a stressful time. I was amazed by how timely everything happened, and how on time everyone was. When he said he’s be there at 2, he was there at 2. When he said he’d be back between 8:15 and 8:30, he was there at 8:24. I’m so grateful that we were not only able to get rid of the roots in my sewer line, but also to find out the ‘root’ of the larger problem. The video recordings also help in my understanding of what is really going on, and while I never doubted the assessment, it adds visible proof that they’re not trying to upsell anything. While I wish I didn’t have this problem at all, I have it nonetheless, and I am looking forward to working with Sewer Ninjas to do the work to fix it. I am confident in their abilities, professionalism, and expertise. I can’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent service and they stand by their work! I had an emergency plumbing situation due to a leaking toilet and they were able to respond quickly and professionally to solve the issue. Highly recommend!! We couldn't do laundry, take showers, flush our toilet because it was all coming up through my basement! He came same day and took about 20 minutes. I am so happy it is taken care of and will be using him again. Efficient, explained helpful tips, and very professional.

When our drains all started backing up on a weekend night, I spent 6 hours trying to fix the plumbing myself with a snake and liquid drain cleaner like I usually do - couldn't get it. Found out about Tracey's Sewer & Drain Cleaning online. Tracey made himself available right away to come fix things. Got three clogged sinks on 2 levels of the house done in 1 hour. Very professional, no nonsense. The price was SOOOOO much lower than I expected based on others I had called. I have his business card taped to my desk, so I know how to reach him again if needed.

Hot water heater was leaking on a Saturday afternoon. Called Vince Ingrilli and Sons Plumbing at 3:00pm, Tom arrived at 4:30pm, and finished with new install by 6:30pm. Extremely professional and courteous from the first phone call to the time he left. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any plumbing done.
