I have two emails confirming estmates for HVAC and plumbing tpday between 1and 3. The estimates are performed at a cost of $99 for each professional. My projecr was hooking up a sink and removing an extra nonworking a furnace based on an energy calc. Two office untrained staff called at noon badgered me for detailed information about work scope, , then cancelled because I could not be there an hour earlier than the window. The badgered me I could not explain the scope of work in more detail. I do not think the owners or professionals there condone how their staff handles scheduling and that untrained staff made the decision that the professionals could not do the work without consulinh them. (Lila). Paid quotes are fine. I needed two pros out there and was present , prepared and agreed to meet with them at this cost. i I obtained two professionsl quotes as scheduled at no charge. I would skip this place with the paid quotes and horrible office staff that obviously erred in their scheduling. My experience was not cinsistent with the revielws.

Listen I am not an expert when it comes to drains, clogs or pipes. What I do know is expert and excellent service. Justin knows what he's doing in addition to his timely response and service. His prices are the best but his workmanship was even better.

He came highly recommended and I am glad I listened. Call him. You will be glad you did.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

Knowledgeable, professional and prompt

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

My condo board has requested Heiden come out and repair hose bibbs. They leak into unit ground floor closets which causes a real mess. We have been trying to get them to correct work they have done, they are really dragging their feet. We have a warrentee on work they did for our condo. We cannot turn on our outside water until Heiden fixes problem.

great service... called for emergency service and plumber was onsite within 30 mins...

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

We called Carl's because of a blockage in the line flowing from our home. Carl's did partially clear it but said they were not able to clear it all. We paid them to return with their camera which they ran through the line and located the blockage under our basement floor. They said they would call us with the estimate to fix it as well as for a new toilet that we needed. After a week with no call I called them and asked for the estimate. I was told they didn't have it yet but would call back that day. Two weeks later I got fed up and called another plumber who was over the next day, gave me an estimate on the spot, came back a week later as promised and fixed the problems to our complete satisfaction. Tod date we still have no estimate from Carl's.
