I am a first time customer, I had a sewage back up in my basement every time I flushed the toilet. My wife is pregnant and needs to use the bathroom when need be. I was in a panic and needed this fixed asap. I got a call from Issac and he asked if he could make my terrible day go better by getting me a coffee, soda or even stop at the grocery store for me on his way to my house. I thought that was extremely thoughtful of him and I knew right away he was definitely going to do his best and make sure the problem would be solved before he left. Issac went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. He used an auger to clear the roots from my drain as well as a camera too look down the pipes and see if there were any other issues, then he put roto x down my main pipe to prevent this from happening again anytime soon. He didnt force any extra sales on me like some companies will. He suggested certain things that I needed and things I didnt need he told me the issue wasn't big enough to go that far He wasn't out to scam me, he was there for THE CUSTOMER. I have used other companies in the past but after tonight's experience i will now only be using Hartlaub.

We had an emergency situation with a leak behind our shower wall that was running down into the living room ceiling below. Budiac was extremely professional and helpful with re-working their guy's schedules to get someone to our home ASAP. Extremely professional and knowledgeable service by the plumber who repaired the leak in no time at all and made recommendations related to the shower. I'd definitely use them again.

I have hired Alpine Plumbing on a few occasions and referred them to real estate clients of mine as well. I find them to be dependable, courteous, knowledgeable and speedy! On a price comparison level, they are about par with service calls, but for a special project I had, they were about 25% less than 2 other quotes. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves!

Should have called before I wasted $100.00 to rent a 100' drain snake from Home Depot; the machine Darrel brought was ten times stronger than the rental. Basement drain was backed up, and flooded more whenever water was used anywhere in the house. I called and he quoted me $200 based on my description of the problem. Was late for the morning appointment so I had to reschedule for later that evening (by this time heavy rain was coming down and the basement was starting to flood, so another $100 on a utility pump & hose from Menard's to keep the water at bay until he arrived) but $&#t happens, so I didn't take a star away for that-he came back later that same day. Had the drain down within 10-15 minutes and spent another 10-15 cleaning the pipe out just to make sure things were taken care of. The best part: the quote he gave me on the phone was exactly what he charged me. If you have drain issues CALL ROOTER-MAN!!!

Not the first time that I've called O&W, and certainly not the last. I called to address a rattling noise in my furnace, and got a complete inspection as well as an education in the ins & outs of my furnace. Omer made time for my appointment right away and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. He gave service & maintenance suggestions, and was honest & straightforward. The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.
