I would just like to say Thank you. The repair fix on our lateral went great and you far exceeded all my expectations. I took pictures and put them on Facebook to let them know your the company to call. JP, Jeff and the crew were polite and courteous and clean up was a breeze.

After reading 120 out 538 reviews, I decided to use Hartlaub. Here is my honest thought:

Pros: get the job done.
Cons: very very expensive.
Did not explain very clear what was done.
The bill did not give a good explanation on the charges.
After the money was withdrew, good luck get a hold of them !

My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.

I've heard such great things about them. On two different occasions I tried to contact them. Both time i left several messages & didn't get a call back. Not sure if they're still open.

Omar made room in his very busy schedule to come and diagnose our AC unit on a very hot day. Due to our negligence, he ended up needing to put in a lot more time troubleshooting the issues and went the extra mile to educate us about the frequency with which certain parts should be replaced, less expensive filters and more effective filters we should be using. My husband and I both found him to be very clear, very knowledgeable, and focused both on the overall maintenance of heating and cooling units just as much as the priority of solving the issue. We happily vouch for his skill and recommend his services to others without hesitation.

Chris did a fantastic job with my plumbing need! I sent him an email late on a Wednesday night and he responded first thing Thursday morning and was at my house an hour later. He told me what the issue was and fixed it the same day. He did great work and explained why the issue happened. He also answered other questions I had regarded other plumbing concerns I had. I will definitely be calling Chris if I need a plumber again!

Andy was prompt. He explained what he would do to solve the bathtub not draining issue. He informed our 91 year old aunt what parts would be necessary. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. Very satisfied with person who answered phone to set up appointment.

I called to request information regarding the work they did on our property. I got a returned phone call from the owner, stating that he would not provide the information to me. He then hung up on us. I strongly discourage working with a company who is unwilling to back up their work by providing invoices or any other information regarding the work they did.

Stumbled across this service on Google.I Called & Left a detailed message on his voicemail. Richard returned my call in a timely matter. Set up an appointment for him to repair my fan over the stove. So, on the day of the appointment, I sent a reminder text in which he confirmed. However, he was a NO SHOW!! I called/texted to see was he still coming. No reply nor a courtesy call. My appointment was at 4 pm and it’s now 8:03pm and still no call!! Good help is sooo hard to find!!! Very unprofessional!!!!

Maybe this was a sign from God letting me know that he was NOT the RIGHT person for the job!

When I was getting estimates for our complete bathroom remodel, Borth-Wilson gave me a detailed line-by-line estimate and honed in on a $20K estimated cost. They also gave me a reasonable time estimate of 2 weeks. Three other companies said my bathroom could cost anywhere from $20K to $30K, and that it could take anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. That's a VERY large range. Borth-Wilson's workers were professional, clean, respectful, and skilled. They got the job done quickly and did it well. Communication with the project manager was great. We are more than happy with Borth-Wilson and recommend them.

If you're a small business starting out I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. On numerous occasions my prices of my material fluctuate more than the stock market. And this is not in relation to the supply chain issues. I'm paying double sometimes for items that I can get elsewhere. If only this company cared about smaller companies with lower volume as they did with that bigger companies. I've grown tired of babysitting my pricing every time I order something here. I don't have the time or the patience. This company doesn't care about the contractor, as my general contractors can call and get the same pricing for fixtures and material as I can, if not better. Just another corporation only concerned with the bottom line. As generations continue, just as others have, Ferguson will just be another supply house that will be closing its doors to the big box stores because of their lack of vision for customer service and true commitment to their contractors, big or small.

Called at 8 AM described what happened, our 2nd floor kitchen was leaking profusely into basement. Jordan made it by 9:30 am and examined the situation and quickly diagnosed the problem in a logical manner. In stead of replacing a whole pipe run from basement to 2nd floor he was able to cut the damaged pipe and quickly repair for a fraction of what the cost and damage to house could have been

I had a heating issue on a Sunday (Super Bowl) Night where my furnace was only blowing cool air (mind you it was probably the coldest night .

Nevertheless, I made it through! I called Monday and spoke with Gloria and explained what the issues were with the furnace, she asked a series of questions in regards to what was happening. She then suggest I check the filter, in which I am smh because it should have been changed months ago.

I changed the filter and the heat kick in...I want to let everyone know Action Heating & Cooling are the BEST because of people like GLORIA! Thank you so much for saving what could have been hundreds of $$$ dollar to buying filters that cost less than $20 buck. Gloria you ROCK!!

Quick service. Really nice people to work with and have in your home!!

I am a small business owner of a dog washing and grooming facility. We had an unexpected issue with a faucet in a tub that we use to wash dogs. The faucet would not work and we were in critical need of a plumber asap. I called Dr. Plumber based on a Google search, and he was able to come the same day, which I was very grateful for. He did a very good job of, according to his invoice, replacing a faucet cartridge, handle adapter and face plate screws. The job was a little tricky, because of how the faucet was not secured to the wall behind the tub, but he was able to get it done, and it took less than 2 hours, on a weekday afternoon, at the very most.
This all sounds good until you know that he charged me $480.00 for this job!!! It was a ridiculous amount of money for the time he spend and the minimal cost of any parts. I was very annoyed at myself for not getting a price upfront, but I would never have guessed a price of $240 an hour. When I called him about it, he implied that it was a little tricky, and I get that, but not nearly enough to come close to justifying that price. While his work was very good, I would NEVER hire him again, and would STRONGLY SUGGEST that you get any costs up front. I was ripped off. I know it and he knows it.
