I was very impressed by your installation/sales person, Andy. It’s not very often they are the same person. No pressure to close. Just total understanding of his product cinched the deal. Then he started the installation. I was shocked, and a little worried because my salesman was a plumber. It didn’t take long for his expertise to put my mind at ease. The finished product is beyond my expectation. Really great! Not enough stars to check off for HARTLAUB!

Reupert Plumbing responded quickly and fixed our Dishwasher Leak quickly as well. Very professional and courteous. Gave us a call ahead of appointment to inform us he was on his way to our house.

Great service. Reasonable pricing. Very prompt. Technician was very responsible and respectful.

Completely unprofessional staff. Have dealt with them few times. First of all, hardly ever you can reach Holly (the receptionist) in the first call, then plumber does not communicate with you before leaving the job site and leaves you wondering why the work was not completed. Then, after making multiple calls, Finally, Holly responses that, a part needed to be ordered and we will send the plumber back on a certain day.
No show on the set appointment and the process starts all over again with leaving you wondering why the plumber has not showed up yet.

Moral of the story, if you need quick service, better call a different company.

Rick completed the plumbing on a kitchen remodel for us. Work was well thought out and executed perfectly. Craftsmanship was really good and the cost was competitive

Andy was prompt. He explained what he would do to solve the bathtub not draining issue. He informed our 91 year old aunt what parts would be necessary. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. Very satisfied with person who answered phone to set up appointment.

Martise and Victor were very professional and knowledgeable. They called before arrival and were on time. They explained all repairs to be done and also worse case scenario so I knew what to expect before repairs were done. Recommended preventative maintenance. They also cleaned up after repairs. I would call them for any other plumbing needs.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

I needed a plumber for a backed up sewer drain. I called Dave and left a message. I called another plumbing service with good ratings and setup an appointment with them. Dave (or i think it was Dave) called me back shortly after I explained I already booked with an other company. He asked about the rate and when I told him the rate and other company. He assured me they do good work at a great price. Seems super professional to speak well of his competition I'll definitely call Dave in the future if I have plumbing needs.

I called several companies because we were seriously considering going back to a conventional tank water heater after having so many problems with our 8-year old tankless. When I called PJ's and spoke to Doreen, she was the only person I spoke to who suggested that our current unit was still under warranty and I should call Rheem and have them service it at no cost. I did just that and, of course, that problem was not covered under warranty. Paul came over within 1 hour of my calling back. He said I would not be disappointed with the performance or longevity of an AO Smith tankless water heater. We had the set-up for a tankless, and it would be an added cost to convert back to a conventional. Plus for resale value, quantity of on-demand water for large bathtub, and low energy cost, he talked me into staying with a tankless unit. So far we are very happy with the performance, temperature and cost of running this tankless. Low maintenance (only need flushing every 2 years) while our 8-year old Rheem needed burner cleaned or replaced every year (what a pain that thing was!!) For the install the next day, Paul and his crew showed up early, got the job done quickly and efficiently and Paul provided the Federal rebate form for the $300 rebate. Paul and his crew were the highest caliber of workmen I have seen. Not the usual luck we have had with plumbers. From now on, we will be using PJ's for all of our plumbing needs.
