Best Water Softener in Milwaukee WI

For people who don’t have time to be on the phone all day talking to contractors driving or sitting in an office eating a sandwich…..Ryan who is the owner provided the info that we were looking for, but then unless you remind him 2-3 times he forgets what we spoke about if you ask for more info.

Yeah….this will be a hard PASS.

I can’t imagine having him help us with plumbing and then calling him when we need help one day in the future. Would I have to remind him to get his toolbox ? 😂

We used this company for hot tub wiring and hook-up. They were absolutely excellent. We will be using them for an upcoming massive plumbing project as well. Electrician was top notch!

Joe and his son Mike were here to my house within 24 hours to check the main drain. It did overflow about a gallon of black water. While they were fixing it I requested my laundry tub faucet to be replaced. They came the next day to do that. I found out by accident that my sump pump was not working. I bought a new sump pump and Gary, the last son, put it in for me after the weekend. Any messages I left on the phone were answered within 24 hours, and appointment times were made. I recommend this family of plumbers. They are reliable and answered all my questions. I will call on them as needed.

Purchased house, culvert under driveway clogged on 1st heavy rain and flooded yard. Called 7AM , they arrived 9AM. Tech used water jet to clear 40 years of dirt. Friendly, professional, company vehicle with logos, new euipment, respectful of property. Fair price for work and fast service. Highly recommend.

Peder was fantastic, he was here in a timely manner, professional, and explained everything he repaired. Pricing was very fair for a new gas line for our stove and laundry hookup upstairs. Highly recommend! Adam came out to a pretty complicated backup I had in my basement. It didn't totally clear up the first time he came out so they promptly sent him out the next day. He totally cleared everything up and didn't charge me for the extra hour of work. Adam also fixed another problem I had during the initial 2 hour service call and didn't charge me any additional for that either. They deal with some pretty complicated issues but it is clear they always do it with the customer's best interests in mind. Will be calling them again when I need something done.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.
