I had a leak in my main line and needed somebody quickly. The plumber company i normally use was not able to make it so I gave Dickenschrauf a call. I asked them to fix the main water key, and a couple other things I needed done. Service was amazing, quick, clean, efficient...Everything works great and it turn out to be a bit cheaper than expected. I for sure will be using them going forward.

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. I can't live without hot water. Our hot water heater died on Sunday. Thought we would need a hotel room. Fortunately we found O & W. They were awesome. Went from dead hot water heater to brand new in less than 2 hours all on a Sunday night. Technician arrived early and was so thorough. Great experience at a good price. Doug from express plumbing went out of his way on two occasions to get our hot water heater up and running. When the part he needed was not readily available he spent all afternoon working on getting the correct part. Doug worked well past his normal shift on a Friday night to ensure we had hot water over the weekend. I couldn't be more pleases with the service we received, especially considering it was home warranty claim!
