This was the 2nd time I needed plumbing services from Faust. They have always been on time and able to diagnose and fix the problems. I also found their prices are very reasonable. I recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Tuffy‘s was super punctual and cleaned the clogged pipes in no time. Also kindly took a look at another problem and made a reasonable recommendation!

Julian is a terrific resource!! I have not once felt as if his business was trying to take advantage of me for not knowing what they know as professionals. They always take their time to explain the issue and exactly how they are going to attempt to make the repair. He has been honest when there are things that I could do myself to save a few bucks. DPS has always been upfront with their pricing (everything was in writing, detailed and specific) and I believe that they're priced well within the market.

I am pleased with the professional grade quality service delivered by DPS and will, without a doubt, continue to refer them to my closest friends, family & co-workers! I am happy to help support a local, small and thriving company with my business!

Sewer Inspection

Issac came out to repair (3) minor gas leaks we had in our home and really took the time to explain EVERYTHING in detail. We did not feel rushed and are now at peace. His customer service was excellent !

My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.

I cannot thank Justin enough for his help on my sewer line. He spent over 3 hours obliterating tree roots that were causing backups in my basement. I’d asked to use the camera when I booked the appointment because this was the THIRD time in 5 months I was dealing with this issue (the two times prior I called a company that did nothing but drain my bank account. Needless to say, they will never hear from me again).

By the end of my appointment with Justin, my sewer was clear, shiny and flowing like a river. Years of roots were gone. Prices were amazingly fair. I will recommend CCDC to anyone and everyone I can!! Thank you, Justin!!

I was able to get service within 2 hours of calling. He did a great job, and the price was a lot lower then I expected. He also gave me some tips to help avoid having the same problem again. While I hope I don't need his service again, I will use him again if I do.

This spring my sump pump broke - Budiac Plumbing did a great job in replacing the pump; within a 1/2 hour, they were finished with the job. I have used them over the past 13 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of their work!

We have not had hot water for a week, thry do not communicate about parts or when service will be completed. Horrible business, never again

KLC services are a dream come true. They offer great clean services along with typically lower than average prices for the same quality of professional work.They are very customer oriented and made sure I was satisfied 100 % with everything before leaving.. .will definitely be contacting from Kinsley Lynn Companies again thats for sure!!!!!!

Alpine Plumbing was the contractor for our new house built in 2017. Two months ago (summer 2020) we had a leak in our basement. The valve that controls the flow from the main water line had cracked, and the crack was below the shutoff valve so we couldn't shutoff the leak. This is a thick solid brass piece and we were very surprised to see that it cracked. The plumber that came out to fix it (not Alpine as we did not know who did our plumbing at the time) said the crack occurred because it was tightened too much. This is a house 2.5 years old and we had a leak in our basement because of a bad install by Alpine. I contacted Alpine via their web form to complain and try and get reimbursed and received a call back shortly later, but I wasn't able to answer the phone. I tried calling back twice and was never able to get ahold of someone. Alpine did not try to contact me further, via phone or email. At the least they should have followed up via email when I didn't answer the phone the one time they called.

I do not recommend this business as they are obviously inexperienced and have poor communication.

UPDATE: Had a second cracked fitting that was also due to over-tightening!

Vince has always been a nice guy. And his team does great work. Well respected in the area.

Had a hiccup getting my new trim kit installed in my bath/shower, but Carl was amazing at helping me get it resolved. Gave me a list of wholesalers in the area to check, and even came back the same day to complete the install after I found the adapter I needed!
