Best Sewer Jetting in Milwaukee WI
We had Jennifer from Hartlaub come out to give us an estimate on remodeling our basement. While we did not end up choosing Hartlaub to complete the project due to having some neighbors highly recommend someone else, I wanted to write this review based on the estimation process. When reading reviews for Hartlaub, I was unable to find ones for their remodeling side of their business - most were plumbing reviews. So, I am hoping this helps someone looking to have them come out to remodel. We were very impressed with the estimation process - Jennifer came out to take measurements of the basement and talk about a general design. She then came back a couple of weeks later with her design - this included a CAD drawing of our basement and a very organized and details proposal. She sat down with us and walked us through each of the sections of the proposal and answers our questions thoroughly. Based on this experience, we were very tempted to complete the project with Hartlaub, but ultimately went with someone who our neighbors had used and recommended. So, recognizing the power of reviews and recommendations, I hope this review helps people looking for someone to bid on a remodeling project in their home. While I can't speak to the finished product, the estimation/project proposal process was impressive.

I hired Justin to clear a backed up lateral at my home. He was timely, professional, and got the job done quickly. He was very thorough in his work and clean. I would highly recommend Cream City Drain Cleaning. I will definitely use them again for any issues in the future.

Wow this guy is the man! Showed up a few minutes early, clean, very professional, and got the job done. I might as well throw away my plunger! No longer worried about my pipes... Thanks Mike!

These guys are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone! We bought a home with a broken lateral and they helped us big time! Our family is now able to live in our home after 2 months of being displaced and separated. Our family is forever grateful!

I just want to give an appreciative shout out to Dave and his team. We had a drain issue recently that I couldn't fix myself. Chris and Austin and Dave's team showed up on time, and professionally resolved the issue. The work and value met or exceeded my expectations. When your in a jam, and need a contractor to fix something you can feel like your being taken advantage of. This was not my experience with Dave's plumbing. They will be added to my list of dependable trustworthy people to call when I need help. Thanks

FANTASTIC service! Fast, friendly, and reliable local business owner. They handled my HVAC issues the same day, during the busiest time of year.
I’ll definitely be using Heiden Plumbing in the future!

Expensive but they got the job done. I had spent the cost of several plumbing clean outs to no avail. Should've went to Roto Rooter first

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

Not true to there words!!! Disappointed to the job done and the quality of parts they replaced to our garbage disposal. Our garbage disposal was replaced back on April of this year and it broke already. We were advised it has life time warranty but when you call and have them to come they will charge $55.00 for them to come and another $122.00 per hour. Terrible customer service! Not worthy calling. Wasted my time!!!!

If I could rate this company a negative star I would. Plumber arrived at 11:15am to fix leaky faucet. 5hrs later plumber has all the pieces of the faucet and pipe from under the sink on the floor and was reading his instructions upside down. I insisted he call Roy who after a wait arrives and proceeds to say the part to fix the faucet is obsolete. It's broken because the 1st plumber broke it. Needless to say Roy, the owner, wanted me to pay for a new part, faucet, and labor. All of which his plumber broke and he acknowledge broke it.
I promptly told him no.
I called another plumber after I had to shell out $600 for new faucet and parts on top of paying another plumber to install. It only took the new plumber 1.5 hours to install BOTH faucets. I added another one while new plumber fixed the initial faucet. The new plumber looked at the broken pieces and confirmed 2 things. Number 1, part was not obsolete. Number 2, if the plumber had the right tool the faucet would not have broken and would have been an easy fix. I guess since this wasn't a common cheaper brand he didn't knkw how to fix the faucet. Bottom line, this place can't fix a leaky faucet. Nor are they willing to correct their own mistakes. Trying to support businesses in the community and he treats his customers like this! Unfortunately, this was an utter fail.
Please don't patronize businesses that don't treat their customers with respect.
