Overcharged me by hundreds of dollars on a small job. Not worth your time.

Justin was efficient. courteous, and reasonable. It was a snowy Saturday and I had just started a batch of laundry. He was here in less than an hour and was done in no time at all. Recommending him to all who will listen. Nice work!!!

I called Michael with Plugged Pipes when my tenants were having trouble with their bathtub draining slowly. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly, take care of the problem, gave me and the tenants tips to keep the problem from developing again and was very reasonably priced. Two thumbs up Michael !!!

I couldn’t be happier with the work and timeliness of Plugged Pipes. Tree Roots had blocked up our sewer lateral so badly RoToRooter said they couldn’t get through on Tues. On Wednesday, we called Plugged Pipes and they came right over and advised we needed to get a clean out put on our toilet stack and they should be able to get a bigger cutter into our very blocked sewer lateral. IHN added the clean out, and Plugged Pipes came back the very same day and got us up and running again. They even had a truck go down that day, and they still made it happen. Thx so much Plugged Pipes!

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

Jared came to our house to hook up our city water . He was very professional, informative, on time, and did a great job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Young guy came out to my location, told me he could not help me until I get a new clean out port put in. Didn't seem like he wanted to work, left me with my clogged pipes. Lazy people suck!

We called Carl's because of a blockage in the line flowing from our home. Carl's did partially clear it but said they were not able to clear it all. We paid them to return with their camera which they ran through the line and located the blockage under our basement floor. They said they would call us with the estimate to fix it as well as for a new toilet that we needed. After a week with no call I called them and asked for the estimate. I was told they didn't have it yet but would call back that day. Two weeks later I got fed up and called another plumber who was over the next day, gave me an estimate on the spot, came back a week later as promised and fixed the problems to our complete satisfaction. Tod date we still have no estimate from Carl's.

Called to have new shut off valve. They quoted me $650 to $700. Said the part was $200 so I guess labor was $200 per hr then tax. The part was actually $168 they said after the fact. Was mad for me asking the breakdown and wouldn’t ask plumber how long the repair would be. I said fine but I would be watching the time cause that’s very unreasonable. Plus I am paying the $65 service fee, does not come out the price. So since I would count the hour while they worked the guy decided they weren’t gonna do the service. The plumber said it was super easy to do and they just tacked on 2 hours so yes I was upset seems like they were trying to scam me. Plumber was nice.
