I found Ruepert just by googling for a plumber. I called them because they were highly rated. I spoke to Joe and made an appointment. This guy is so professional. He stayed in constant contact..made a courtesy call, arrived when he said he would. Only performed work that was necessary. Reasonable rates. I will definitely call them whenever I need a plumber.

Initial plumber messed up the job but Rashawn was awesome; came himself to look at it and got it fixed right away.

Darrell did a great job unclogging the drain below our kitchen sink + garbage disposal! He was at our home within 15 minutes of me making the call, gave us a flat rate that was reasonably priced, made quick yet thorough work of the clog, and gave us sound advice for preventing it from happening again in the future. I will start with: I did not use this company for service. I did, however, get an estimate from them. I am rating them 2 stars because the person who inspected didn't even look at anything closely. He just took my input and assumed I knew what I was talking about. Note: I am not a plumber so how would I know what is wrong.

I had an issue with the hot water pressure to my kitchen sink and basement utility sink. The estimate said I would need the pipes leading to that to be replaced. They quoted me for 940 dollars total.

Flash forward and I got a second opinion. Turns out the aerator was the issue on the utility sink. How do you not check the aerator if you are a plumber? That's the most common issue. Anyways, the work on the pipes still needs to be done, but I have a different professional coming in for half the cost now.

I'm giving them 3 stars still, because the women on the phone were nice and I didn't get any work from them to know what kind of job they do.

Always get multiple bids when hiring contractors. Don't always take the lowest bid, but definitely use logic in picking workers.

Came within the hour, fixed the problem quickly. Facebook, google and Twitter are anti american companies that block free speech

Overpriced and not knowledgeable. Guy came out and didn't know what he was doing. Said he had never fixed a faucet like this so I watched some videos before I came. We have a standard Delta kitchen faucet you see in all the stores!!! Caused a leak in our basement because he forgot to shut the main valve off. Charged $250 and didn't fix anything! If you don't know what you are doing, don't come out. We can also look up videos too. Be upfront and tell people. We would have found someone else first. Never will use again!

This was the first time using Milestone Plumbing and am happy to say that they will be our first call for any plumbing issues we may have in the future. Charlie was the plumber that did all the work and was a total pro. Every step of the process from our initial e-mail on the weekend to the finished job couldn't have been more easier. Do yourself a favor when you need a plumber just call them. Just for the record I have received no compensation for this review but am willing to accept as much money as they want to send me or they can just continue being an awesome company to work with.
