I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

Be careful.. What a scam all they do is replace part and they charge 6hrs..at $110 dollars an hour... He only spend less then 2hrs.. So disappointed that companies let this kind of business practice.. They also charge travel fee.

Beyond expectations, is all I can say to describe the service I was provided. I though they would send someone out to just unclog the toilet. But the guy actually cleaned it too. No other plumer the company I work for cleaned up after they cleared the clog. I hope in the future my job will always use this plumbing service. Thank you guys so much!!!

I've used MCM twice now for my triplex and both times have been a great experience. They're super quick to respond, always show up, and do a quality job. Still trying to understand how someone can be charged $175 for a 30 minute stop and zero work was completed. He flushed my toilets, ran the sinks and then cut an unnecessary hole in the ceiling looking for a leak that was never found. Couldn’t be more unsatisfied. I wrote them a letter along with my check and never heard back. They certainly won’t hear back from me again.
