I was very impressed with the entire crew at Sewer Ninjas.
Everyone was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very respectful of our living space. Eric and Chip came in with all their equipment and knew exactly where the problem pipe was in my basement floor. What I love most about their service, was how honest and personable they all were. I was so nervous, I thought it was going to cost a small fortune. Eric didn't try to over charge me becasue I am a female, that's how you know these are the good guys. They solved my problem, no more back ups in our sink and floor drain pipes. I am so glad that I found these guys. I would 100% recommend Sewer Ninjas for all your sewer line issues.

get a quote up front. was not expecting a $50 trip charge. Don't you need to make the trip in order to do the work?

Did the work as needed. Not very clear on rates, fishy quoting and fee schedule (i.e. non existent).

Snaked a clogged drain for $175 which he quoted up front (excessive if you ask me, but oh well, I accepted). THEN found an issue with a pipe being rusted... everything was torn down, it needed to be repaired... nowhere for me to go really, then said the whole job would be $375 (that is $200 to replace the rusted pipe). When I questioned him about how long it would take him and how much he was charging me per hour, he immediately adjusted and said he'd charge me $300 (notice, he NEVER told me how much he charged per hour)... 20 (TWENTY) Minutes later he was done. He charged me $125 for parts & labor to replace a rusted pipe (which would have been $200 if I hadn't asked what his hourly rate was), and got bend out of shape and offended when I asked him to detail it in the invoice.

He was here a total of 50 minutes and charged me $300. Lawyers charge less and you get a full hour!

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN EVEN IF MY PLUMBING BURST OPEN AND HE'S THE LAST SURVIVING PLUMBER IN ALL OF THE METRO MILWAUKEE AREA.

Old house, old pipes and drains. Our kitchen drain was beyond hope. Mike was available and was at our house in less than an hour after we called. Our blockage extended from the sink drain into the basement and Mike had us back in order in no time. We appreciate that all was explained and easily understood. Very clean and thorough!

Called for an emergency sewer back up and the best option they were able to give was 3-4 days from now..
