I had a new furnace installed and the Technician was professional and courteous. Their prices were honest n never tried to upcharge me for things not needed.

Andy called before the appointment, inquired about parking, and even offered to bring coffee (I'm not used to the five-star treatment). He was friendly and detailed throughout the appointment. He wore shoe covers, and used a mat protect the floors and maintain a clean working area. Overall, the service was excellent.

My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.

I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

From scheduling to installation, we had a really great experience with Omar at O & W. He was very quick to respond to my message and was able to come out to replace our water heater the next day. He took the time to explain everything to us (never really new anything about water heaters before) and also gave us a recommendation of who we could work with on having a chimney liner put in (while being honest with us about why, in our particular case, we needed to get this done before winter). He was also transparent from the get-go on how much our service would cost. And, since our service with him happened during COVID, he took extra care to make sure we were all prepared to interact safely with each other before he got there and cleaned everything he touched while in our house. He also got our warranty set-up and in place within hours. I would highly recommend calling if you need your water heater replaced!

He did a GREAT job! He cleaned out the lines quickly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday morning call. It was a snowy day and there was very little mess when he left. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
