I called Michael with Plugged Pipes when my tenants were having trouble with their bathtub draining slowly. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly, take care of the problem, gave me and the tenants tips to keep the problem from developing again and was very reasonably priced. Two thumbs up Michael !!!

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

Arnold was amazing to work with! He arrived on time, and used shoe coverings the entire time he was in my home - this is much appreciated as we have a rabbit and are very cautious about dirt and germs on our floor. Arnold was able to quickly and accurately define the problem. He explained in a clear and unbiased way what the issue was and what my options were for repairing it. So great! Plumbers are very helpful and do an excellent job cleaning up.

Called them this morning. Gave me a quote. Came 2 hours later, replaced the water, cleamed up and we gone. Noticed a valve needed replacing, fixed that too. Could not have asked for better service, and the price was reasonable compared to others.

We used MKE Handyman twice now. once to replace a garbage disposal, once to install a toilet. Jesse showed up exactly on time once and called to ask if he could come EARLY the other time. He was fast, extremely competent, and thorough. Their estimates were more than competitive and were spot on accurate. We intend to use them as often as necessary.
