We had gone through my home warranty twice for my basement sewer being backed up. They offered to have the first company come or to have Tuffys. I chose Tuffys because the first place came in September and this shouldn't be happening again! Tuffys came EARLY (awesome!) Fixed my issue in about 20 minutes!! So fast, stated it was probably never fixed correctly in the first place since the issue came back again so soon but who's to tell regardless. Austin cleaned up so nicely after as well!! We were informed incorrectly about so many things by the previous company & Tuffys knew EXACTLY what they were doing. Thanks again to Austin & Sherry for coming and helping & squeezing me in their schedule. With being a first time home owner with my fiancé they were so kind, on time & quick our minds were put at ease. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Clogged drain turned into a large scale excavation and repiping of entire house. Andy, Isaac, and John worked long hours trying to get everything back in order. The hard work was noticed, and they cleaned up after themselves after each day which we appreciated. Andy also went the extra mile dealing with the paperwork required for my insurance company. I had them replace my dry wall and floors They did incredible work, and the young man (hunter) was so polite. He worked hard and did good work. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely use them for any future work.

Called O & W Heating and Cooling llc to replace two old water heaters for my home. Omer was able to come install both the water heaters for me the same day and everything works great! Needed basement wash drain repaired because metal drain had corroded away. Asked for plastic drain and new washers put in dripping faucet. Mike the plumber told me couldn't be done. Needed new faucet and metal drain. Did repair myself with sink manufacture parts for $40. Had to pay $110 to Alpine for worthless trip charge.

I had Eric out to fix my sewer back up. It turned out to be alot more than that so he couldnt finish in a day. Barb scheduled me for the next opening 2 days away and then was able to move things around so he could come the next day. It was a very extensive project, and while the price was much higher than I anticipated I feel the work was done very well and as quickly as possible.
