Wonderful experience!!! Our technician, Luke, was a pleasure to work with and incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He thoroughly inspected the furnace, discovered the issue immediately, and fixed it incredibly fast. Very pleased with todays experience will definitely be using Hartlaub for any future needs!

Have to agree with the other comments here and should have looked sooner. We should have gotten estimates but were time-crunched in the sale of our home and needed a palmer valve unstucked. Long story short, I believe they spent less than 45 minutes total completing the work, yet somehow arrived at 2.25 hours of labor, and charged me $360, which includes ZERO materials. From what I've been able to find, unsticking a Palmer valve generally costs less than $100. I don't think I'll ever be calling them again for my home or my Tosa rentals.

I needed a plumber for a backed up sewer drain. I called Dave and left a message. I called another plumbing service with good ratings and setup an appointment with them. Dave (or i think it was Dave) called me back shortly after I explained I already booked with an other company. He asked about the rate and when I told him the rate and other company. He assured me they do good work at a great price. Seems super professional to speak well of his competition I'll definitely call Dave in the future if I have plumbing needs.
