Just finished the second commercial project with Faust Co Inc as the plumbing contractor. New bathrooms, water heater, slop sink, etc... Outstanding service each time. Mark's work preparing for fixtures to be installed and installing fixtures is exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond expectations to help get the work done properly and on time. Bryan is also responsive and helpful when I call with questions or need to schedule work. Pricing has been more than fair. Going forward, I will not use anyone else. I would highly recommend Faust Co.

I called Alpine Plumbing to address an uncontrollable leak from an old outdoor hose bibb. I was prepared to be told the bibb would need to be replaced, which would have been an invasive job that would have also left me repairing exterior siding and basement drywall. I was put in contact with Jody who asked for a video of the leak and quickly diagnosed the issue upon receipt. He walked me through a very simple solution over the phone that completely fixed the leak. He saved me time, money, and the misery of stressing over a messy job. A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

They do professional work and like animals. They replaced traps, installed shower heads and faucets in old house , and replaced our old concrete laundry sink.
