I'm so grateful we called Tuffy's. Sherry was very helpful on the phone and in setting up the appointment. Chris and Austin came out to our house on New Years Day and cleared the house trap after two other companies had unsuccessfully tried to clear the line that week. They got the line cleared in a matter of minutes with and saved us from an extremely expensive house trap removal project. I highly recommend them based on this service.

This was an absolutely great experience. The plumber, Mr. Julian, went above and beyond to repair my kitchen faucet leak. He needed a part and returned the next business day to ensure the problem was solved. He even tighten and straightened out the faucet which was not a part of the original service call. Dickenschrauf plumbing saved us this am and was so courteous, professional, and quick. We have a problem toilet which Jack the tech helped me understand old pipes with new toilets can be troublesome because of the amount of water in new toilet flushing. Makes sense to me and he fixed our problem today and told me the plan for upgrading permanently to not have this problem again. He showed up on time, wore his mask the entire time, took his shoes off without asking, and was friendly and explanatory all on an early Saturday morning! Couldn’t ask for more thanks Jack and Dickenschrauf!!

My bathtub faucet and shower were backed up. They repaired both efficiently and professionally. The communication skills throughout the job were excellent and left me clear on what the problem was and how they would solve it. Now my problem is solved.

Budiac Plumbing in Cedarburg is the classiest plumbing business that I have used. I hired them to help my mom and dad when they had their countertops replaced and had a new sink put into both their kitchen and their master bathroom. The whole job was discussed ahead of time with Larry, and my parents were treated with great respect. Steve the plumber was professional and we really felt they were a great company. They need to double check there work before they leave to make sure what they were hired for is fixed, and that it is working before they leave. This was not done, and I would never recommend this company. Terrible experience. I was not impressed at all... Poor!! One star is to many.

Ended the night with finding out my water heater reached it’s demise. Called Milwaukee Plumbing the next morning and by 10:30am, brand new water heater installed & functioning correctly! Really appreciate the timely, efficient, seamless and great service that Jesse provided! Great customer service and love the service model Milwaukee Plumbing has; the supplier meets them with the hardware and hauls the old hardware away so their plumbers can execute and don’t need to be going back/forth to warehouses for supplies! Great job Jesse and thanks again!

I can't say enough good things. They were extremely responsive, have a great price, professional, and thorough. They came all the way out to my area for a warranty claim which was denied and I ended up paying out of pocket. If I was in the Milwaukee area, I would use them all the time.

I had them replace my dry wall and floors They did incredible work, and the young man (hunter) was so polite. He worked hard and did good work. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely use them for any future work.
