5 or 6 years ago I had O&W come out to fix my furnace. Since then, I’ve had them tune my AC and furnace every year. Reliable. Trustworthy. Accommodating. Recommend them to anyone in need.

Purchased house, culvert under driveway clogged on 1st heavy rain and flooded yard. Called 7AM , they arrived 9AM. Tech used water jet to clear 40 years of dirt. Friendly, professional, company vehicle with logos, new euipment, respectful of property. Fair price for work and fast service. Highly recommend.

After having a bit of a misunderstanding with the work needing to be done, we had an excellent experience with the customer service we received. Their generosity and over-the-top professionalism to assure us that they are serious about taking care of their customers and providing the best service around didn't go unnoticed. We will be happy to use Milestone in the future and highly recommend them just on their customer service alone!

They install the new furnace and new outlet, then I also professionally installed whole house humidifier, After couple weeks furnace stop working! It was still under warranty but they DIDN'T fix it , They said no warranty because someone install the humidifier! I have to pay to fix it!

I am very pleased to comment on my service from PJs Plumbing today. My wife and I had 3 emergency plumbing leaks. I temporarily solved the problem by turning off the water main. This was not convenient but it temporarily stopped leaks in the kitchen and basement. PJs came this Monday morning and solved the 3 problems before lunch time. They were wonderful! Words that come to mind - skilled, professional, courteous, timely. I can highly recommend PJs Plumbing in Pewaukee.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t do the job would have been acceptable but I heard nothing back! This company unfortunately can not be trusted to show up to do the work needed to fix any problems.

Had an emergency-ish situation last night. Kitchen sink clogged and my wife and I spent hours trying to unclog it. No luck. Randomly tried Dr. Plumber... He was the first 24/7 service listed.

Steve was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was on time, courteous, and even took a quick look at another problem to help us out.

Recommend him to anyone having plumbing issues, especially if you run into an emergency. 5/5

Tim's installed a toilet for my mother. The install was done poorly. Plumbers putty was used in place of the required wax ring. The toilet leaked making a mess of the basement and the bathroom floor. When she called Tim's they said they would get to it when they could. My 89 year old mother was going downstairs to the basement bathroom for days. When I found out about this I picked up the proper materials and installed the toilet properly. Tim's never did show up.

He was not reliable he left us waiting for his response for 6 days and we had to call the company back to see if he was going to do the work, and we found out he did not do the type of floor tiles and the kitchen ceiling, and he recommend us to somebody else.
