He wouldn't take my job because he no longer does attic work, but this person really, really seems to know what he's talking about. He's good at explaining everything and seems very honest and trustworthy. I wish he could have taken my job, but he could not due to the location of my system. He used 10 minutes of his day to give me information knowing full well that he was not going to make any money off of it. He was honest, patient, direct and knowledgeable. Good professional!

Never showed up for my service in December

I called Heiden Plumbing for help with a high end Kitchen Faucet which no other company had a solution for. Edward not only solved my problem without damaging my $1500 faucet. He didn't charge me for the work. Needless to say I was floored and extremely happy. I would have paid anything to remove the cartridge that was stuck. I know who I will use the next time I have any plumbing needs. Heiden!

This was an emergency repair on New Year's morning, my furnace went out late Saturday New Year's Eve night and we woke up to a pretty chilly house, so after calling 211 then Energy assistance I was contacted by Mr. Alexis Liamas and he came right away and fixed the problem very quicky and made sure there wouldn't be any other issues he checked and cleaned some sensor that could've caused a problem later, so I really appreciate the thorough job and concern I was shown.

I have had the good fortune of using PJs Plumbing for the last 3 years. They have attentively addressed all of my plumbing issues quickly and professionally. They have helped redesign and rebuild my hydronic/radiant heat system and due to their input and installation expertise, I have a much more efficient, working system. They also replaced two tankless water heaters over the past year. Their pricing was extremely fair and their technicians have been knowledgeable and efficient with their work. I find it hard to find service companies that you feel you can really trust. Often the first interaction is the best as they try to earn your business. PJ's has been great on all interactions. The service has never been compromised. Each time I have needed them, they have been as pleasant and professional as the last occasion. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of plumbing work -- big or small.

John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t do the job would have been acceptable but I heard nothing back! This company unfortunately can not be trusted to show up to do the work needed to fix any problems.

If you're looking for a toilet tank cover start here! All i had to do was bring a cardboard cutout of the top of the tank and Tims plumbing was able to provide me the unique cover Ive been failing to find elsewhere! Kleenex box is very happy now.

MIke Simon installed a replacement Carrier 3.5 ton AC unit today in our home and did a really fine job. he arrived on time, had everything he needed with him, put down protections for our rugs and stairway, and set to work. He was diligent and thorough, communicated his status throughout the day, and worked tirelessly to get our new system up and running and then double checked everything. There is no evidence of any work having been done, not an extra piece of metal, an old piece of tubing, nothing that would say we had service except the new machine installed exactly as it should have been. I was very impressed by how organized his work plan was, and how effortlessly he knew what to do. he was friendly and seemed to really enjoy his work. Highly recommended!

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

Repair man has been here twice in one week. Both said they cannot find anything wrong. Have to call again because furnace stopped working again 3rd time in a week. Very frustrating.

I have used Brian for over 10 years. Up until now, he’s been very good (which is why I cannot give him 1 star) but it seems he’s gotten busier and busier. Unfortunately, it seems he’s unable to keep up with business, or get back to people when he says he will. He recently came to my rental property to look at a faucet and sink. He showed up and spent minutes looking at the issue and stated he’d get back with me regarding the cost to fix, since I was off-site.

That was two weeks ago. I called the office and Brian every day for a week, and sent text messages. All have been ignored, or Brian has responded saying “I’ll call you in a bit”. Well, it must be a reall big and long bit, because I’ve received no correspondence whatsoever, and I’ve called to complain about that. I did however receive a text message from the office stating “They can pound sand!” And then was promptly told that it was not directed toward me but for a delivery they were waiting for.

Not sure why it’s become so difficult to work with these guys :(
