Best Heat Pump Repair in Milwaukee WI

Contacted them to unclog my upstairs bathroom drain as well as about replacing my old drum trap. They were initially very responsive which was great but they never showed up the day of my appointment. I contacted them back and told them and they said someone was supposed to have contacted me about not making it but they never did. I did choose to reschedule since they were responsive so far. The next appointment was supposed to be first thing Monday morning and again they were a no show. Contacted them again about it but no response now.

Very unprofessional. Go someplace else.

Highly recommend Tuffy’s sewer and drain. I had a lot of plumbing issues that Austin and Chris took care of for me in just one morning. They were professional, courteous and did a fantastic job!!

I had multiple jobs completed at the same time. Kitchen sink and faucet, bathtub shower head, faucet and spout as well as both outside spigots. A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK, TO BE TOLD 1 HR. BEFORE ARRIVING THEY ARE NOT COMING! Never do business with these people, they show no care for your time! !! Tell you they do not want to do a remodeling job, very stressful!!! Who does that? Very unprofessional!!!
