I've used Budiac for several years and I'm always really impressed with everything about this business. I once called at 2 am about my failed sump pump and they returned my call almost immediately. They came out early the next morning and ultimately installed a new system that was reasonably priced and works great. Most recently I called about a dripping toilet. They sent someone out and when it really was almost nothing, didn't charge me for the call. Their service personnel are all professional and explain everything they are doing. The office staff is really wonderful and responsive... and they have the best on hold music on the planet!

Be careful.. What a scam all they do is replace part and they charge 6hrs..at $110 dollars an hour... He only spend less then 2hrs.. So disappointed that companies let this kind of business practice.. They also charge travel fee.

I called O & W to check out my faulty water heater. I got a call back right away and the Omer, the technician came and replaced it with a new unit on the same day, a Saturday afternoon. The came change my old pipes. The only reason I give them 4 stars cause they put all the old pipes in my trash can. My city don’t except this kind of trash. I don’t know where to throw the old pipes now cause I took them out of the trash so I don’t get a big fine from the city. Professional and on time. Prices are fare.
