Best Gas Leak Detection in Milwaukee WI
I had serious sewer drain issues with tree roots, etc. Chris and Austin were here next day and did everything they could given my pipe width. I strongly recommend them and will use them for my next project...

Recently purchased a natural gas grill and needed a plumber to extend our gas line from inside the house to the outside in order to connect the grill. In all honesty, my first reaction was Plumbers do this? ... well, yes they do. Totally appreciated the advice that Dave provided as well as his professionalism and the quality of his work. Mirrors all the work that Budiac Plumbing has done for us (and friends) in the past.

I called to request information regarding the work they did on our property. I got a returned phone call from the owner, stating that he would not provide the information to me. He then hung up on us. I strongly discourage working with a company who is unwilling to back up their work by providing invoices or any other information regarding the work they did.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Omer was the most polite, intelligent and informed technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He helped me every step of the way and gave me information so that I could choose wisely. He was conscientious, and his work ethic, unbeatable. I have great gratitude for his advice and knowledge when helping me replace my furnace, which I was hesitant to do. But once the furnace was out, I could see he was spot on. I highly recommend him and can't praise him enough.

Alpine Plumbing was the contractor for our new house built in 2017. Two months ago (summer 2020) we had a leak in our basement. The valve that controls the flow from the main water line had cracked, and the crack was below the shutoff valve so we couldn't shutoff the leak. This is a thick solid brass piece and we were very surprised to see that it cracked. The plumber that came out to fix it (not Alpine as we did not know who did our plumbing at the time) said the crack occurred because it was tightened too much. This is a house 2.5 years old and we had a leak in our basement because of a bad install by Alpine. I contacted Alpine via their web form to complain and try and get reimbursed and received a call back shortly later, but I wasn't able to answer the phone. I tried calling back twice and was never able to get ahold of someone. Alpine did not try to contact me further, via phone or email. At the least they should have followed up via email when I didn't answer the phone the one time they called.
I do not recommend this business as they are obviously inexperienced and have poor communication.
UPDATE: Had a second cracked fitting that was also due to over-tightening!

PJ is terrible. After having him out to work on 2 different water heaters on my property, neither one was ever fixed. The one in my house we paid the bill, even though it was never fixed. After I did some investigating of my own, I figured out the dip switches were set for natural gas instead of propane. Really.......?! The certified technician couldn’t figure that out. He told us to run bigger gas lines and do a bunch of unnecessary things, but it was the dip switches. The last time I had him come work on the heater in my outbuilding. It was the only source of heat for the shop so I asked if he could get out as soon as possible. Here is where the he gets completely unprofessional. He said he would see if he can get someone out and call me back. He called back and said a tech was in the area and on his way. He sent him out during normal business hours and the tech did all of the same things I had already done (and I told him that I had done them) . Then he gave some more ideas of things we could do to change it. He left and of course the heater went out. I didn’t even call and complain , it was clear they didn’t know what they were doing even though they are supposed to specialize in the type of heater we had. Time goes by and we get the bill... he charged a $150 “emergency” charge for coming during normal business hours when a tech was nearby. Never told me there would be a charge to get him out same day. Had he informed me of the “emergency “ fee ahead of time I would have been fine with it. I called and after a heated conversation he agreed to drop the “emergency” and I said I would pay when I got the new bill (I won’t pay on the verbal agreement to drop charge as there is no proof the charge was dropped). Never heard from him. No bill was sent, no call was made. Instead of doing what he said he would do he let time pass and then tried putting a lien on my house. Called him back and conversation got very heated again as he was Sarcastic and condescending to me , laughing and telling me he would be owning my house soon. Asked me “what are you going to do about it, your a tough guy on the phone”.He also said he isn’t dropping the charge now. I am going to pay it as it is very clear he needs the money more then I do, but will also be notifying proper people of his actions. He claims he called but my wife and myself never had a voicemail. It’s not about the money, its the principle of everything. Do yourself a favor and stay away you would be better off looking up a YouTube video and fixing it yourself with no experience.
