Best Gas Water Heater in Milwaukee WI

Contacted them to unclog my upstairs bathroom drain as well as about replacing my old drum trap. They were initially very responsive which was great but they never showed up the day of my appointment. I contacted them back and told them and they said someone was supposed to have contacted me about not making it but they never did. I did choose to reschedule since they were responsive so far. The next appointment was supposed to be first thing Monday morning and again they were a no show. Contacted them again about it but no response now.

Very unprofessional. Go someplace else.

We had a odd smell in our basement not a sewage smell but something not right. Dave from Bufiac Plumbing Inc. looked at a few possibilities and suggested he runs a smoke test. Dave described the procedure and general costs clearly before he started and shortly found the problem. After repairs he ran the tests again to see if there were other issues and he round none. Dave was kind enough to follow up with me by phone a few days later to see if the problem was resolved! Great customer service and quality workmanship!

Everything was excellent about this compaand was charged a lower price due to how quickly Cody installed the new one, my whole experience was great, thanks Ed and Cody

Nice guy. Doesn't know how to use math or tape measures. Doesn't know how to miter cuts. Expect to hire someone else to fix mistakes or do it yourself. No wonder why he's cheap...wasted as much materials as he used

Omer came out on Sunday and diagnosed our problem. He showed us where the broken part was, and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He also replaced our filter (which was long overdue), cleaning, and did a great job explaining our Nest to us. It pays to have a certified Nest professional when working with smart wi-fi thermostats. UNETHICAL, OVERCHARGE: I asked for an estimate for unplugging my garbage disposal, and was told by answerer she couldn't do it because she had no idea what was wrong. When plumber arrived it took him about 2 minutes to unplug & then told me they had a standard cost of repairing any disposal of $140, the trip charge was $59, so I paid $200 for 2 minutes. Had the person answering the phone (who acted like she was the owner) told me of their standard charge I wouldn't have engaged them.
