Only good things to say about this company. Have used them twice ,and both times have been satisfied. Bryan and John won't let you down!!!!!

They do professional work and like animals. They replaced traps, installed shower heads and faucets in old house , and replaced our old concrete laundry sink.

I've used Action for a number of years and have had Jim swing by several times and have appreciated his honesty, professionalism, knowledge and service.

I want to thank Paul and PJ's Plumbing for the service they have provided to me over the past 5 years. Most recently I called Paul because I lost a diamond pendant in my bathroom sink drain. Paul was out the same day and found my pendant. I cannot thank PJ's enough. Over the five years that I have used them for plumbing services, they have always been prompt and provided excellent service.

John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t do the job would have been acceptable but I heard nothing back! This company unfortunately can not be trusted to show up to do the work needed to fix any problems.

Excellent work, responsive, on time, very nice person. Will absolutely use again and again and.cant recommend him enough!

Never showed up for my service in December

Mr. Plumber came to our house and diagnosed our problem fairly quickly. After waiting the day for the silicone to cure, we tested the shower only to find the problem still exist. When I contacted him I was told the earliest he could return was the following week. After applying more silicone I was told there would be an additional cost for labor. Are you kidding! So either he had no idea where the leak was coming from and just put silicone everywhere to cover his behind the second time or he did a mediocre job the first time. So now we are out of $260 and he spent maybe 2 hours tops between both trips he was here. Maybe I should have skipped college and went to a trade school. Personable guy, overpriced unscrupulous plumber.

If you're looking for a toilet tank cover start here! All i had to do was bring a cardboard cutout of the top of the tank and Tims plumbing was able to provide me the unique cover Ive been failing to find elsewhere! Kleenex box is very happy now.

A few nights after moving into our home, we noticed a leak from our water heater. After fixing a minor gas leak prior to move-in, Viking Plumbing again took away our headache and did a great job replacing our water heater with a new and reliable one! This was a seamless process for us as it was done in a reasonable and timely manner. In addition to their great work, they are very personable and friendly people to work with. We couldn’t be happier with these experiences, and will only call them for our plumbing needs!

We've used Zachow and Sons for 15 years for just about any kind of plumbing issue and they've always been responsive and done great work. I recommend them to anyone who asks and have only heard good things.

Have used them a few times in the past and had no problem with the service. Had them out this time to service a root clogged drain. Service guy was actually very nice but this cost me in the end. Since we have had this done multiple times it is usually a half hour job max.

This time the plumber was very talkative and though that was great and I didn’t mind talking to him, he was unable to snake drain and talk at same time. This drew out the whole thing to 1 hr and 45 mins. I was charged over 300$ for this. This is the same price as every after hours call we have made with this company in the past.

Will never use this company again. Because you are chatty doesn’t me I want to pay you 140$ a hour to hear it.

Frank from Schoofs was totally professional. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. Not only did Frank fix 3 problems in record time, the cost was very reasonable. I get anxious having to hire people for home repairs because of some bad past experiences, but Frank has restored my faith in tradespeople.
