Was used because he is authorized tech for state water heaters. He was disinterested in the job from the beginning. Instead of being concerned that I had hot water he slapped a part in. Didn’t reset the unit. And said I don’t know if that will fix it. You might need a thermostat or just a new unit. Then left without insuring that he did his best for a client. Right there was the key phrase. New unit. He refused to honor his work and was more concerned with whining about doing work for state than seeing a client satisfied. If you want someone concerned about money over job. He’s your guy.

Came out at short notice to service our AC. Prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service from a great team. Would recommend them to anyone in the area for excellent service and value.

Chris was very kind and professional. He also drove from quite a ways away to address my emergency. He took the time to explain to me where our water shut off valves where to stop the leaking to prevent any more damage until he arrived. He also explained what he was going to do to repair the leaking pipes. Oftentimes, as a young woman, I have contractors come out for quotes, and they are condescending and rude and want to speak to the man in the house. Chris was not that way. He was courteous and respectful. I also felt very comfortable with him being in my home. He was quick and organized. He also cleaned up after himself. I will definitely be using him for my future plumbing needs.

This company never did any work for me so I can not complain or praise the type of work that they perform. I will say that I made an appointment for one of their technicians to come out to give me a quote on upgrading a boiler and I waited two hours and no one ever showed up nor did anyone call to cancel. I believe this is unprofessional and the sad part is this is a contractor whom number I got off the city website.

I called Jeff around 10:30 in the morning because we had a sound coming from the toilet that sounded like there was air in the waterline when it was flushed. Jeff told me that he could send Todd over in the afternoon. Todd came over and when he flushed the toilet, he knew immediately what the problem was. The inner workings of the toilet were worn out just from wear and tear. Todd put new inner workings in the toilet and the problem was solved. Thank you all for a job well done!

My thanks to Viking Plumbing, and particularly to Jimmy, for the excellent service. Prompt, courteous, neat and thorough. Explained what the issue was with a toilet that leaked around the base. It was original to my 1940 house, so I guess that I got my money's worth! Jimmy got a replacement one from the shop and had my bathroom operational again in no time. It's great to have the peace of mind knowing that you have a plumber you can rely on.

I've used Zachow & Sons several time to repair both outdoor and indoor systems. They are always quick to respond and have diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly the first time around (unlike other plumbers I have used). I highly recommend them.

Replaced a lead lateral about a year ago. Good work but both guys were in a bad mood the whole time about the job, upset about another guy they had to work with, how their education had them stuck in plumbing, etc. A few days ago, had a stuck shower valve. Asked them to replace the whole thing since the fixtures were old anyway. Guy comes and complains that it will take the whole afternoon and that it shouldn't have been scheduled on a Friday afternoon. Because of the cost, I ended up having him only replace the valve (only took one hour). Complained the whole time about the job, the parts not being right, etc. Both times they got the job done but I've never had such grumpy contractors in my house.
