We had Faust Co. perform the installation of our whole house filter and de-scaling system. I couldn't have gotten better service! The gentleman who came to the house was very professional, and yet, very personable. The installation of our system went without a single hitch, and it looks great!

What better way to spend Father’s Day than with a super clogged garbage disposal? After several failed attempts and unclogging the garbage disposal myself, I called Diamond Plumbing. ON FATHERS DAY! The father and son duo were here in just a few hours. It was 95 degrees outside and again… FATHERS DAY and they were so diligent and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable considering the circumstances and after about an hour, my sink and drain were working great.

Had a break down at 2:30 in the morning with below zero temps. Dickenschrauf re-arranged their schedule to get to me. They had the problem fixed by lunch and installed a new Furnace 3 days later. When I spoke with Miguel, I explained that I did not know exactly what the problem was, but that there was water leaking in the basement. He returned my call promptly and came within the hour to check things out. Turned out to be a bad seal on a toilet that he took care of right away, as well as some minor adjustments to another toilet. I will (already have) recommend him and he will be the one I call whenever I need a plumber. The cost was reasonable, for which I was very grateful!

I called Alpine Plumbing to address an uncontrollable leak from an old outdoor hose bibb. I was prepared to be told the bibb would need to be replaced, which would have been an invasive job that would have also left me repairing exterior siding and basement drywall. I was put in contact with Jody who asked for a video of the leak and quickly diagnosed the issue upon receipt. He walked me through a very simple solution over the phone that completely fixed the leak. He saved me time, money, and the misery of stressing over a messy job. Very Professional and friendly

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

I have had the good fortune of using PJs Plumbing for the last 3 years. They have attentively addressed all of my plumbing issues quickly and professionally. They have helped redesign and rebuild my hydronic/radiant heat system and due to their input and installation expertise, I have a much more efficient, working system.
