I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. Honest! Fairly priced! Hard working! Fantastic work ethic! I made a call at 7:30am and Darrell was at my house that same morning by 9:30 and done by 10am! He gave a flat rate fee and was very personable and cleaned up after the work was completed. He double checked that the the clog was cleared and no other pipes were affected with me present to ensure proper water flow. It is so reassuring to know that honest, upfront and hard working customer service is not dead! I would definitely recommend Darrell for all your Plumbing needs!!!

I just want to give an appreciative shout out to Dave and his team. We had a drain issue recently that I couldn't fix myself. Chris and Austin and Dave's team showed up on time, and professionally resolved the issue. The work and value met or exceeded my expectations. When your in a jam, and need a contractor to fix something you can feel like your being taken advantage of. This was not my experience with Dave's plumbing. I needed a new sink installed where the original sink was older and pipes needed to be specially cut to fit new sink. They did it perfectly. Peter and Connor knew exactly what they were doing. They were so fast that they were able to also install a water softner that was never installed in the house before. Shawn also assisted once the sink was set to install new faucet. Extremely friendly, clean, helpful suggestions and all around great plumbing experience. They are my go-to plumbers!!!

I called several companies because we were seriously considering going back to a conventional tank water heater after having so many problems with our 8-year old tankless. When I called PJ's and spoke to Doreen, she was the only person I spoke to who suggested that our current unit was still under warranty and I should call Rheem and have them service it at no cost. I did just that and, of course, that problem was not covered under warranty. Paul came over within 1 hour of my calling back. He said I would not be disappointed with the performance or longevity of an AO Smith tankless water heater. We had the set-up for a tankless, and it would be an added cost to convert back to a conventional. Plus for resale value, quantity of on-demand water for large bathtub, and low energy cost, he talked me into staying with a tankless unit. So far we are very happy with the performance, temperature and cost of running this tankless. Low maintenance (only need flushing every 2 years) while our 8-year old Rheem needed burner cleaned or replaced every year (what a pain that thing was!!) For the install the next day, Paul and his crew showed up early, got the job done quickly and efficiently and Paul provided the Federal rebate form for the $300 rebate. Paul and his crew were the highest caliber of workmen I have seen. Not the usual luck we have had with plumbers. From now on, we will be using PJ's for all of our plumbing needs.
