Hartlaub did quite a bit of work for us. They installed a whole home water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system, diagnosed and repaired a natural gas garage heater, and did service and maintenance on our tankless water heater and furnace. We believe in their value so much that we chose to become members of a program they have for preventative maintenance. It's a great value, and we are so pleased to be a part of the Hartlaub family!

I set up an appointment with Darryl to come out between 10 and 12 on a Monday, by 1145 he was a no show, I text him asking if he was in route to my home and didn’t receive a reply till and hour later. When he finally got to my home which was after 1 pm, he attempted to jack the flat rate that he had given me the day I made the appointment from 225 to 265. When I mentioned that not only was he late but he was also attempting to charge me more he agreed to the flat rate I had to “remind him” of. To top it off, all he had to do was snake the drain out he was literally at my home 15 minutes and made 225 off of me. Very unprofessional and a bit of a rip off too!

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

When we had a plumbing issue at our office building we called Borth-Wilson and they had someone over right away to fix the problem. The entire staff was friendly, knew what they were doing and the pricing was fair. A very nice company to do business with and one that I highly recommend.
