We called for emergency plumbing service at 8:30pm and Austin & Chris arrived within the hour. They found the problem right away and promptly fixed it. They were professional and thorough. We needed a vent pipe moved. And it was on short notice. It didn't seem to be any trouble. Other places we called we're booked a week or two out. We said we were on tight schedule with our kitchen remodel. So they said they would squeeze us in. They sent over Isaac. He called us 20 minutes before he was gonna be there. He was right on time. He offered to grab us a coffee or sandwich if we wanted cause it was around lunch time. We declined. But knowing he was going out of his way for us. That makes you feel that much better about the company. He did a great job and we would definitely use Hartlaub again.

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. Everytime we flushed our toilet, it was coming out of the floor drain in the basement. My basement tubs were clogged & me trying to play Ms. Fix-it with the help of youtube destroyed the piping under my kitchen sink. Called the night before, explained the problem and he was there the next day. He spendt alot of time throughly clearing the drains out. Before he started he explained different things he would try to save me a few dollars. Very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend him and will use him for future plumbing needs. Prices were reasonable.

Omer from O & W Heating and Cooling was more than accommodating, he came in first for an issue with our thermostat and we had him install a new furnace and air conditioner. He took the time to explain and show us all the issues with our very old furnace . He was prompt/courteous and install was perfect. We love our new furnace! Would only recommend O & W.

I called Plugged Pipes and Mike showed up in no time . I had a plugged main and Mike took care of it. It had plugged on me before and with a camera Mike was able to show me what the problem was. Mike is the best and I would highly recommend him for your plugged pipes.

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

If you're a small business starting out I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. On numerous occasions my prices of my material fluctuate more than the stock market. And this is not in relation to the supply chain issues. I'm paying double sometimes for items that I can get elsewhere. If only this company cared about smaller companies with lower volume as they did with that bigger companies. I've grown tired of babysitting my pricing every time I order something here. I don't have the time or the patience. This company doesn't care about the contractor, as my general contractors can call and get the same pricing for fixtures and material as I can, if not better. Just another corporation only concerned with the bottom line. As generations continue, just as others have, Ferguson will just be another supply house that will be closing its doors to the big box stores because of their lack of vision for customer service and true commitment to their contractors, big or small.
