Never came back to finish our bathroom after a year

My complaint is in the pricing. We bought into their 3 year service plan for heating, cooling, and plumbing, costing us $500. Twice, upon the semi annual inspection of our furnace, we were told some minor part needed replacement at $200 a pop even though everything was working fine. Then, late this October, a pipe sprung a pinhole leak. We were just getting ready to leave on a trip. My husband wanted to fix it but with time constraints we called them. Even with our service contract, the tech couldn’t come until the next day. When he arrived, he shut off the water, removed two laundry hoses, valves, and nipples and plugged the pipes, then turned the water back on. This cost us $450 for 30 minutes of work! Price gouging you think?
Will never renew the service contract.

They responded to my plumbing emergency promptly, professionally, and completely. I signed up for their maintenance plan to be sure nothing like this happens again. They were great at explaining everything, and the results of their work are outstanding! I've got a new plumber for life!

Alpine Plumbing was the contractor for our new house built in 2017. Two months ago (summer 2020) we had a leak in our basement. The valve that controls the flow from the main water line had cracked, and the crack was below the shutoff valve so we couldn't shutoff the leak. This is a thick solid brass piece and we were very surprised to see that it cracked. The plumber that came out to fix it (not Alpine as we did not know who did our plumbing at the time) said the crack occurred because it was tightened too much. This is a house 2.5 years old and we had a leak in our basement because of a bad install by Alpine. I contacted Alpine via their web form to complain and try and get reimbursed and received a call back shortly later, but I wasn't able to answer the phone. I tried calling back twice and was never able to get ahold of someone. Alpine did not try to contact me further, via phone or email. At the least they should have followed up via email when I didn't answer the phone the one time they called.

I do not recommend this business as they are obviously inexperienced and have poor communication.

UPDATE: Had a second cracked fitting that was also due to over-tightening!

Called with some in depth questions and the owner happily answered everything in depth. Squeezed me in the next day! Could not have gotten better service.

Excellent service. Tried to tackle a small plumbing issue I had with low water pressure on a cold water line to a bathroom faucet. When I placed my wrench on the pipe. The pipe pretty much just crumbled and broke off at the elbow. I called Milwaukee Plumbing and explained what happened. They called me back in 10 minutes and stated that they would have someone able to come within 3 hours. Plumber Kevin arrived with a packed vehicle (a mobile plumbing store) probably had 5 of everything any job could need. He took a look over everything and when out and got everything he needed. He worked non stop. (Not do 5 minutes of work and take a 20 or take phone calls.) He did an amazing job, vary friendly, took time to explain what needed to be done. The job was done in an hour and 15mins. Will definitely do business with Milwaukee Plumbing and Piping, again.

I had them replace my dry wall and floors They did incredible work, and the young man (hunter) was so polite. He worked hard and did good work. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely use them for any future work.

Needed a plumber...called some guys they tried to rob , them guys gave me a high price . Then i called Rooter-Man he answered the same day. He came the following morning cleaned my floor drain out in 30mins . This is professional at its its finest. He knew more than one way to fix my problem and gave me a fair price .
